Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at Lothian and Oakridge Apartments
The pros of renting from them is they offer 2 month leases. Oakridge is within walking distance of Lake Montebello. There’s 2 Grocery stores less than a mile away. There’s two small parking lots and lots of street parking available, even if you come home late at night. The laundry room is in good condition. It’s cheap to do a load of laundry. The cons…. Thin floors. I was on the second floor and the guy above me blasted his video games, talked loud on the phone and paced around all hours of the night. I don’t hear the guy below me but the guy above me I hear everything. They allow cigarette smoking in their apartments but people are definitely smoking weed. You can smell it. At times it fills your apartment. The rental office ladies are nice. One is way more helpful than the other. I didn’t have to call maintenance so I can’t review them. Another con for me is you have to mail your rent to the rental office or go pay in person. Kinda inconvenient since most stuff is payable online nowadays. I would highly recommend if you can’t get a top floor apartment than to get a 2 month lease cuz the floors squeak and you can hear everything. Which may be a deal breaker and you don’t wanna be miserable for a whole year or break your lease.
Serious mice problem, leasing office contacted over the course of several months (5) and still no improvement on the mice and still no help with bringing out their fake “exterminator” and “in house exterminator”....rent is cheap, but no value in living here.
I've only been living here 3 weeks and I have a huge mice Infestation and I live directly next to the rental office! idk what type of exterminator they got to come here twice but it was no change all you hear is mice in my heating vents all night long you hear them in your trash lots currently 12:33am and I can't sleep because of mice do not move here and waste your money the unit does not look like the demo my walls are horrible the bathroom is ugly I'm so mad I'm in this lease go some place else!

We are happy to hear the problem has been resolved!
My apartment is okay, but it isn't great. It is spacious and i have a basement but it haves an ant problem. It is well maintained by the rental office, it just take a long time for them to solve a problem.
