This apartment is a great bargain for the money. I have more space than many apartments at the same rate. Based on my electric push button stove, the development was constructed in the 60s or 70s, so the design is a little dated. Don't let that put you off. Maintenance responds quickly to trouble calls and does a good job with the repairs. The pesticide service is effective - I very, very seldom see bugs. The development also replaced my carpeting when it became obviously worn out. Granted, the new carpet is "construction grade", but it's better than what was here before. I could go on, but you get the idea - I like living here.

Louisburg Square are great apartments for me and my roommate who are in the first 5 years of our careers and can’t afford high end “luxury” apartments. The value and quality you get with Louisburg Square is really good. Maintenance is quick to fix and follow up on an issue if it persists. Facilities are kept clean and lawns and sidewalks are cleared. We feel safe and at home here. Thanks!

The staff is amazing, patient and really caring. My apartment is quiet, roomy, great location and reasonably priced. I've only had one maintenance issue and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. They have fun activities each moth for residences and in the summertime the pool is the place to be! You won't be disappointed if you live here!
Louisburg Square is a great place for families. It is an established community with mature trees and walking paths in-between the buildings. The property has been going through some major updates the past few years, including new roofs on all the buildings, landscaping along the front and sides of homes, a new fence around the pool, and a completely repaved parking lot and basketball & tennis courts. The community hosts seasonal gatherings at the Club house. Events like and Ice Cream Social, Pool Party, Spaghetti Dinner, Holiday Party, ect. It is a great time to socialize and get to know your neighbors. The Community is also close to downtown OP and Highway 69/135 on ramps. The best part is that it is so close to school! We walk down the street to Pawnee Elementary almost every day. On the way we pass the bus stop for Westridge Middle, though if you had a bike rider it wouldn't be to far. And then Shawnee Mission West is also within walking distance, in the opposite direction. We have been very happy here.
My 2 bedroom apartment is everything I need. When I have called for service, the maintenance crew responds the same day. Parking is right in front by the door so it's easy bring in groceries or staying dry during rain. The grounds have been recently updated with new beddings, bushes and flowering plants. The buildings have been painted painted in the last year while outside doors have been replaced. A basketball court and a new outside area have been updated outside the pool. The grounds look great and my friends have noticed. Everything I need is within walking distance if I so choose, grocery store, several eating establishments, and other types of stores.
These apartments are really great for the price. Everything in the apartment was in good shape. The staff is awesome, as they make sure to fix everything you ask them to. I also like the area. Good neighbors, nothing to be scared of.
I like my townhome at Louisburg Square. First of all, there is on premise management and staff, including maintenance which, incidentially, is very responsive. I like the spacious closets and square footage of overall space. The location is ideal! Less than 2 min. drive to groceries, hardware, beauty shops, barber shop, restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, cleaners and downtown Overland Park. The clubhouse is lovely and available. Swimming pool, fitness facility and tennis court are here to use. Neighbors are friendly. It's just a great place to live.
The way the apartments are laid out with no space wasted and the larger rooms caught my eye right away. The complex is in an excellent location--close to shopping and interstates but with a minimum of traffic and noise. Schools, parks and library are within walking distance making it a nice place to have kids or pets. Downtown Overland Park is nearby and undergoing a series of renovations. The staff here are the greatest--keeping on top of maintenance issues and organizing get-togethers. Beautiful pool and club house to boot. Many different age and ethnic groups live here so there is a healthy diversity factor.
Louisburg Square is well managed property with a full time professional staff located on the property. The maintenance of the property is handled by a full service staff and they are able to resolve any issues within 24 to 48 hours. There is also an after hours emergency number which promptly puts you in contact with a full time service person. The grounds are pristine with well manicured lawns and complemented with shrubs and rose bushes. There are many mature trees--which cools things off in the summertime. in winter time the snow removal for roads and sidewalks seems to be completed by the time you are ready to go to work. The location is excellent for just about all of your everyday needs. Within a matter of minutes you shopping for groceries at either two popular markets--and across one of the markets are two pharmacies--Walgreens and CVS. Also, a short drive up the road is one of Americas favorite stores--Target--which backs up to Overland Park's largest mall--the Oak Park Mall. Other close establishments for your personal needs just around the corner is a men's barber shop--Scott's Barber Shop and a lady's salon--Hair E Clips--which is just across the street. Also across the street is an automotive repair shop--There is also a well stocked hardware store just around the corner--Ace-Westlake Hardware store. Within a matter of minutes there are numerous Dr.'s and Dentists in the surrounding area.. Equally close there is a major medical facility--Shawnee Mission Medical Center. If you have children--there are two schools close by--Pawnee Elementary and Shawnee Mission West High school. If you want to skip cooking--there is a selection of fast food store--Mac Donald's, Wendy's, Sonic and Good Cents . There also restaurants up the street--Thai Place and ABC Café. In addition there are also food offerings at the plaza shared with Walgreens at 95th and Antioch. Just two blocks away is the Johnson County Library Central Research Library--a treasure trove of books, DVD's, in- house computers and periodicals. Amenities include a club house meeting room (available for rent), outdoor pool and a fitness center. There are generous storage areas with each unit. There is very close access to the major highways--Hwy 69 and I-35. It is pet friendly. You can pay rent by check on online with Visa or a debit card. Louisburg Square--a great place to live in Overland Park.
I've lived in Louisburg Square Apartments ever since moving to Kansas. I've been here for 6 years now and I've never wanted to live anywhere else! These apartments are so close to the highway so restaurants, shopping, movies, etc are only a short drive. I can never get enough of the super clean, sparkling pool on the weekends and there is ALWAYS something going on at the clubhouse. Burning off some steam at the 24/7 workout facility is nice especially since I tend to go late at night and have the entire gym to myself! I love the fact that maintenance staff ALWAYS shows up the same day with a smile, EVEN ON WEEKENDS! The leasing team is very polite and expericenced and will do whatever they can to get you into the apartment YOU DESERVE. I would highly recommend Louisburg Square to anyone that asks, HANDS DOWN. Best place in town

Landscape renovation adds to our private complex which is set back into a residential area. Good lighting from double glass doors with 14 foot balcony where my cat lounges among the flowers and rubber plants. Kitchen is open and spacious with new appliances.
I moved to Louisburg Square Apartments in September of 2012 and have NEVER regretted that move. I have lived in many apartment complexes in my adult lifetime and this complex I rate #1. This is an older complex and so of course there are maintenance issues from time to time. Our maintenance department is the best, always responding in a timely manner. This year, there has been a lot of "spiffing up" of the outdoor areas.....new landscaping, new fencing around the pool, new tennis courts, fresh black top in the parking and drive areas, new front doors to the buildings, new hand railings on all buildings AND THEY AREN'T DONE YET. The office staff comes up with some really awesome gatherings at the club house so the residents can get to know each other....ice cream socials, continental breakfast, pool party, chili supper and on and on. I plan to live here for the rest of my lifetime.
I love living at Louisburg Square Apartments! It is in a great location close to downtown Overland Park and 69Hwy/I35. While the property is not brand new, the price per square foot is unbeatable for the area. I love the older trees and the character they bring to the community. The majority of residents have beautified their patios/balconies (which by the way are enormous) with flowers, plants, water features, etc. It's really nice to look at and makes you feel very at home.
