love it here, except the trash. There has been a box by my apartment for two months no-one will claim or throw away. its gross, otherwise love it!
This community is a great place to live so far. The leasing agents are all so kind and are able to help me with any questions that I have.
I love these apartments complex, everything is too close and quiet, including plenty covered parking and gym, people living there are respectful and easy going.
Front office has always been helpful and responsive. Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion, and property has been kept in a cleanly state. Going on two years as a resident.
Victoria and Leah were great and my move in was fast. I appreciate their assistance and diligence and professionalism when it comes to leasing. Thanks!
I have little to no complaints on my time at the saulet, staff has always been hospitable and my neighbors are great, the only complaint I would have is the trash dumpster areas, they are sparsely pickups up and maintained

Yoga is no longer an amenity and the gym needs some upgrading. The pool is beautiful though. maintenance are great though! I’ve lived here 3 years

My ice-maker hasn’t worked for almost 2 years despite multiple “fixes.” Now there is constant water dripping in my fridge as well. The grout on my shower is stained with black mold and nothing will get it out. The fitness center and pool are the only reason I give the property 2 stars.

Recently leased and so far everyone has been extremely nice. The complex is well kept and feels safe. Downside is there were a number of maintenance issues upon move in, however the team addresses them very quickly. The location is great with grocery stores and restaurants. Glad I chose this place!

We have been very happy with our choice to move to The Saulet! Leah, in the office, is a dream and the maintenance team is also awesome! The gym is big and has plenty of equipment and is kept nice. The pool we have not used but is a major hangout from what we saw this summer. Parcel Pending for packages is very convenient, as is the location of The Saulet. Highly recommended! I feel safe here and it’s more quiet than we thought it would be so that was an unexpected bonus.

I really enjoyed my time at the Saulet a few years ago. However, moving back here has not been a great experience all around. I wanted a nice, pleasant living space that I could relax in after long days of working and studying. Instead, I had to move apartments due to a family that would let their child run around on the floor above me at all times of day and night forcing me to have to transfer apartments. Transferring apartments was a nightmare, and my work order still has not been completed since I submitted it when I moved in a few weeks ago. I really hope my experience gets better or I will be looking for a new place to live when my lease expires. I wanted to call the Saulet home for three years, but I do not know how I feel anymore.

So far it’s been great, great community to live in quiet it’s always great to see the new faces around the apartments. It’s a great location from a lot of this food, shopping, and having a night out, so it serves a lot of purpose.

Love living at Saulet .. great amenities, great folks working at the office. The community is well maintained, services requests are answered within a reasonable time and there a few floor plans to choose from and fit your budget needs.

Still love living here! Location is optimal and convenient. Restaurants are within walking distance. Walmart is very close for quick and easy shopping. Rouses is further away but we'll within convenient driving distance.

This place is so quiet (quiet streets, quiet complex, quiet apartments). I love how we hear very little noise from outside. I love how the apartment has easy access from the parking garage (all covered walkways). I love that everyone likes using pool and gym. I love that Leah (leasing agent guru and so much more) is responsive, respectful, and happy to assist. I love that we have a great parcel pickup system (Parcel Pending) with lockers. I love that they keep the landscaping nice. I love that maintenance gets around to us without super long waits. I would like to see one improvement, though. Our internal walkways need a serious clean. I am embarrassed to have company come visit because these areas are not reflective of the great apartment we have. The walk to the apartment should be as nice as the apartment, itself. Other than that, we are so very happy we chose The Saulet.

Nice, maintenance is a little laxed getting repairs done but otherwise ok. Complex is well kept for the most part. Convenient to all areas

It has taken 5 months for someone to receive the proper email to prove my rental insurance that I proved the day I moved it. Let it be known that no one would pick up the phone to provide clarity or a way forward. Leah ( salute leasing agent) took the time out of at least 4 people I reached out to physical get involved after emails, phone calls to State Farm, and the paper policy. In an age of technology and advancement I felt pushed off and unimportant. The process of retro credits from the start of the policy was just as much of a circle. In a city that has a spirit and vibe; I believe karma is evident. What goes around always comes around people. I hope you all have a better day than me. In closing I was told by three residents that everything single behavior that occurred would happen. Seems this is the standard practice. Unimportant is how I feel. Thanks again Leah for showing me compassion and feeling important.

The apartment community has been great. No loud noises after hours and very friendly neighbors that I have met so far. Moving in was overall very smooth and Leah at the office was great. Highly appreciate her support during the whole process.

Experience has been overall good. Had a rough start to moving in and a lot of adjusting to get my apartment to feeling like home; however, things are starting to settle making it an overall fairly good experience.

I’ve been here a year this week and I still love it. There’s small things I would love to have fixed. I was expecting new appliances since I was told all first floor units were updated with stainless but I have 25 year old fridge stove and dishwasher. Other than that it’s been pretty great.

Very simple move in and everyone has be so nice and helpful. I can’t wait to move in and make it my own. Leasing office made it very easy to move in even from across the county.

As I have said earlier, it is a mid-range apartment complex with common(Pool and Gym) and uncommon(Higher ceilings and in-room washing setups) amenities that aim to provide a comfortable space and a lively community.
