Overall, management has been very seamless and helpful when moving in. Everyone in the building thus far has been friendly and social. The move in door being located at the back of the building with a lock on the double wide was ineffective. The move-in elevator lacked the space to effectively move a bed because of the doors opening on opposite sides and not being tall enough.

The staff is incredibly friendly and prompt with their work, and they seem to enjoy working at the building and with residents. My apartment is set up perfectly to maximize the square footage in the apartment. When I walked into my apartment for the first time it was thoroughly cleaned to a hotel room level, which really put me at ease and made the moving process so simple. The building is also incredibly secure, and having a Cub Foods right below has been such a great perk. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking, it is the best apartment experience I have had in 8 years of renting.

My experience thus far has been interesting. We’ve changed management companies a lot. When I first got here Nick & Nolan were awesome and made the place feel welcoming. We’ve gotten 2 other management companies since start of the lease. I’m not crazy about them. They’re distant and give a cold feeling when they’re here, which isn’t often. I believe we have finally gotten security again so I would say it’s a step in the right direction. Overall my place is comfortable and it’s quite here so I just keep to myself.

The area we moved into has been very nice with a lot of friendly faces. We just moved in and can already say we love it here. It’s such a nice area with tons of parks and easy access to the train and bus to get anywhere with a lot of fun local restaurants and entertainment. Definitely a great place to stay for a while

Everything has been great so far, amenities are nice. I like the convenience of having a gym in the apt. Only complaints is that i wish the hot tub was open for a longer time especially since we have had a mellow winter. My car was stolen parked on the road so the areas not the best. But i’ve been fine ever since i started paying for the underground garage parking.

The location of the Lowa46 is excellent -- at the intersection of many major biking trails, right next to Minnehaha Park, and of course above a Cub Foods. The apartment shapes are a little odd, but they generally feel luxurious with big kitchens. The reason for the 4-star rating is due to issues with the previous management company who frequently let the building fall into disrepair, and the hot tub has been out of commission all year. That being said, under new management the place will hopefully only improve.

Lowa 46 is a wonderful place to live, with a wonderful staff, any problem I’ve had lowa has gone out of there way to solve ASAP. All the ammenities provided are such a great escape from normal life. The trash chutes make life so easy, and the in unit washer and dryers turn laundry from a chore, to actually being fun! So yes, lowa 46 is a wonderful place to live.

i like the community - the location is perfect for me and i love that the grocery store is just downstairs. i have seen a lot of property managers come and go so i'm not confident in the property's value, but overall a good place to live. it is getting far to expensive which docks some points.
I am so glad to be out of my lease at Lowa46. My issues: - They tried to raise my rent by 33% after my first year by claiming this was the "market standard." - My car was broken into while parked in the garage. - There are frequently unhoused individuals sleeping in the stairwells. - When I called the security company over a concern, they told me they couldn't respond because Greco limited their contracted days to save money. - Management is on a revolving door - there have been at least 5 different people within the past year. The latest batch are impossible to contact. - My apartment was in very poor condition when I moved in (damaged carpet and baseboards, dirty blinds, broken cabinets, etc.) I was told to deal with it. In my opinion, a lot of the positive reviews are likely from a leasing promotion. Last year, there was a chance to win rent credits if you left a review of Lowa46. While they didn't force anyone to write positive reviews, I personally felt that it was implied by the contest.

The old management was great, but then they changed management and there was no communication for months. Apartments and amenities are fine, but nearly every appliance in my apartment broke down within 2 months and maintenance and management were very unresponsive. Even our power was out for 5 days and management said nothing! They got rid of security without telling residents, and the area is fairly unsafe so this was concerning. Rent costs are so high and not worth it at all. I've been waiting to hear back from management about all of these maintenance issues for over TWO MONTHS. Please, save yourself. Do not live here!

Prior to the August 2023 management change, this apartment complex was great. Questions were answered and responded to within a day, maintenance was incredibly speedy, the amenities were kept in good condition, the staff were all very friendly, there was a monthly news letter, and more - but with this recent management change, it seems policies have unilaterally changed for the worse. According to security, the club room closes at 10pm now (1am in the lease), the hammocks on the deck have not been replaced, the lights above the outdoor hot tub have been out for over a month now (serious safety hazard), ceilings have been leaking in the club room and parking garage, and it's almost like there is nobody in charge anymore. We were never even notified of a management change, but the signs are clear. We will be moving out when our lease is up.
I moved to Minneapolis over the summer. This place is right above a 24/7 full stock Cub Foods, has a gym, great amenity deck, underground parking and access to nearby Minehaha Falls. Very close to the high and St. Paul. Extremely convenient for a young working professional who likes to explore!!!! Very welcoming staff!
October marks our 1 year anniversary living in Lowa46. My fiance and I used to shop at this Cub Foods for our groceries when he lived nearby. We called for a tour, just for fun...fell in LOVE with a studio showing, and miraculously they had an amazing discount to offer... my fiance broke his lease at his old apartment and we moved in together 3 months later! This is the PERFECT apartment for anyone! It has a 24 hr. Cub Foods on the main floor with security at the doors. I love that I can run downstairs to Cub when I forget to buy small things like garlic. It has a liquor store across the back alley. It has a hot tub on the rooftop (perfect for chilly late nights). It is a 2-minute walk to Minnehaha Falls AND Dairy Queen!! The Holiday gas station is right on the corner, which is SO nice because I hate getting gas, but it’s an easy stop when on the way home. Our view off the balcony is facing west, so we see the sun set over the beautiful trees!! It feels like we are a part of natural, yet it still feels like city-living. We also love watching airplanes fly in... we are less than 10 minutes from the airport! We are close to super cute restaurants and love exploring both Minneapolis AND Saint Paul. We aren't social people, but the management team puts in a great effort to create a sense of community by hosting rooftop BBQs, walks to nearby breweries, free delicious breakfast pastries and coffees every third Tuesday by Third Space Cafe, and so much more. So if you are looking to meet new people and make new friends, you'll love it! I highly recommend living here! Jack is wonderful to work with. He is funny, incredibly good at what he does, and he really cares about all the residents. A few times during WINDY storms, my outdoor patio pillows flew off my balcony and Jack contacted the residents and went out of his way to retrieve my things from them! He also helped fix my garage fob & he even walked down to the garage to make sure that it worked. It's the little things that really make this place feel like home. We will be living here until we find a house to buy. I can't imagine living in another apartment building besides Lowa46!
The staff and amenities here at Lowa46 are the best I've ever experienced among the various apartments I've lived in. Some of my favorite parts about the property are the rooftop deck, fun community room for hosting, and the hot tub!
Lowa is minutes away from downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. It's the perfect place that's close to the city life but also offers outdoor activities! I love biking around Lake Nokomis and walking to new restaurants. Lowa is always clean and a fun place to host parties with outdoor bean bags, jenga, grills, hottub and hammocks!
Lowa46 is a great place to live. The staff are attentive to needs, the location is ideal next to the bike trails and Minnehaha Falls and a bonus - you live above Cub for your regular or last minute items you may need. I lived here for several years and - there’s a reason I haven’t moved!
I can't tell you how much I enjoy living here. The peace and quiet, the sense of community, the scenic views all make it worth every penny.
Close to both downtowns of Minneapolis/St Paul, Airport, light-rail transit and lakes and parks, this tree-lined neighborhood is very scenic and walkable/bikeable. A huge convenience is the supermarket/pharmacy on the first level of the apartment building. A good mix of ages and backgrounds make a lively vibe. The apartments are newer, well appointed and quiet. Highly recommended by a tenant of 2 years.
Living in Lowa46 has been great! Not only is the building great, but the community is incredible. This place is within walking distance to many restaurants, biking and running trials. Moving here from a smaller town I was nervous about picking an area to live in - this place, and staff, have put all my nerves at ease. Thank you Jack and Nolan for making my living experience great.

I've been here four months now, and I'd like to share my spill on the area and the staff here at Lowa 46. What sold me on the place was Jacks his energy Knowledge of the area straightforwardness and also stupendous hospitality (Coffie machine down fixed it offered us a cup). Went above and beyond his call of duty to explain and walk through every step of the process of getting approval and the move-in date. (Phone calls and emails.) after a 16-hour drive to our new home in a new state I informed jack that we would be arriving late (five min before closing) he still waited for our arrival showed us our new place made sure everything was complete even brought us carts to load our things in. Employees here are fair, friendly, hardworking don't see a lot of just standing around. Housekeepers great job on keeping the building clean. Kristian (with tool cart) is always on time and has what he needs for every job in and out with great Quilty and clean. Larry is great on follow-ups and walking the property upbeat always smiling. Helpful when it came down to finding a gym and a barber and places to go (jack is also) known to go the extra mile when it comes to securing packages, providing info on upgrades, staying firm on rules and regulations, he doesn't mind telling you why. The monthly holiday get together are great amenities defiantly a plus last but not the area is amazing we are glad to call this place home for now.
We moved to MN from AL and had to do our apartment hunting virtually. Jack was amazing. He responded to all of our (many) questions quickly. He walked us through setting up our portal, filling out the application and even recommended things to do in the immediate area. The process was definitely made easier thanks to him. Now that we officially live at Lowa46 the apartment and amenities are exactly as they were promised online. We love being right upstairs from the Cub Foods and right across the parking lot from other restaurants. The traffic outside the building is minimal and we are finding that the location is convenient for us to get anywhere we need to be. We love it here
