A former air force base, Lowry Field is now a mixed-use community with tons of available rentals, trendy restaurants, cool boutiques as well as public and private schools.
Its airiness is something to appreciate – and we don’t just mean its open green space. Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum highlights the heritage and future innovations of the aerospace industry. What’s also cool is that the museum is made up of two reclaimed hangars from Lowry Air Force Base.
After work, locals look forward to happy hour specials at Lowry’s Beer Garde, or grabbing a late-night dinner at North County’s restaurant on Rampart Way. Both establishments are in walking distance of Jackie Robinson Field Park and Great Lawn Park.
Lowry Town Center provides locals with an urban shopping experience. Students attending Community College of Aurora enjoy a short commute to campus. Denver attractions puts locals’ minds at ease – after all, they’re only eight miles away.

Very clean, people out picking up trash, Leasing staff very valuable from potential leases to ‘hot chocolate’’ out at coffee machine, communication by email is fine, to passing out swim bracelets. Good most live on the premises.

I have been a resident at Lowry Park Apartments for 3 years now and have had such an amazing residency! The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and get things done right. The office staff is always so helpful and respectful when I need assistance or have any random questions. LOVE having the walking trail with direct access from the community that leads to the Lowry Sports Complex and we're in proximity to so many local restaurants' that are walkable within 10 minutes. Also, they just finished the pool renovation, it is so luxurious and such a vibe to hang and have a relaxing day! Don't plan on moving anytime soon.
Professional, creative activities, organized, safe
Lowry Park is doing a fantastic job with the irresponsible dog owners that don't clean up after their dogs! Service requests are being handled very well! I appreciate how clean this property is being kept as well!
Not only do they not go above and beyond with their long term residents, but the stair ways are dirty. Now there are roaches in my building ( for an overpriced sum in rent I had no idea I would be grossed out in my own home.). And I had put in a request for a new screen door and they cancelled my request.
Very nice apartment complex. Management and maintenance have responded quickly to all requests. Hopefully the new pool opens soon!
Since moving to this complex, I have had nothing but issues. I'm not happy here at all, from no heat, water leaking from the ceiling, pipes broken and a two by four holding up the kitchen sink. I understand it's an old complex but these issues should have been addressed before leasing.
Would not recommend to anyone who wants a smooth experience. We spent the first month after moving in constantly going to the office to get things fixed like keys, fobs, door locks, etc. The apt itself is okay at best. They claim luxury, but that tends to not be the case with most everything in the apt. The office team is not helpful and generally makes more work before they fix a problem. When I see people touring I want to tell them not to waste their time, that is the impact of how poor this place has been for us. Go anywhere else for the same price.
Very pretty apartments but move-in maintenance needs to be taken more seriously.
Es un gran lugar para vivir, es muy seguro y tranquilo, el personal de mantenimiento es grandioso así como el personal de las oficinas, la zona de piscinas y gym son muy buenas
Office staff is awesome, very polite and helpful. My apartment was a total disaster and nightmare Hopefully going forward no further problems.
The leasing team is polite, but it takes requesting something multiple times for them to get it right. We have had so many things screwed up with our apartment since moving in, from keys being wrong to not getting maintenance requests fulfilled. Things that should be correct when you move into an apartment have all been wrong or screwed up, even after changing units. It seems like no one is prepared and it’s unprofessional, definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants a smooth experience. The actual apartment is decent enough, but dealing with everything else is not very worth it.
I love my new home at Lowry Park. There were some things that I needed and the office staff and maintenance were very speedy in getting those things done for me.
Love the community! Office staff is so friendly and really cares for the residents
Great location! Happy they are finally renovating the pool I heard this fall.
The staff are amazing but things take months to happen
I love Lowry park. The staff is amazing the community is great and I highly recommend this property to be your new home. I’m completely satisfied.
Unless there are some dramatic changes with this complex, I would recommend finding anywhere else to live. There are an insane amount of extra fees that should be included with the cost of your rent, but they aren’t. The parking policy means having a guest over for dinner will either cost $5 or could result in their car being towed. If you have any pressing maintenance concerns, best of luck getting them addressed in a timely fashion, if at all. And look forward to having multiple people try to gaslight you when you look for some sort of way to either make the situation right (through concession for rent) or to ask about another apartment you can move into when you’ve been displaced from your own for over a month and have no set date for when you can return. Management may also attempt to shift blame to you when you bring up your concerns by saying your placing the request as standard and not an emergency is what prevented the request from being handled properly. Even though, as a tenant, you CAN’T mark a request as an emergency. I’d also highly recommend taking a look at Greystar’s Better Business Bureau rating, cause I sure wish I had before moving in here. (If you don’t have the time, I’ll save you the trouble. It’s an F.) So, for your safety and mental well being, I would recommend calling another complex home.
Beautiful property and amenities. The staff is friendly and informative!
This place has gone so downhill since Covid. The grounds are filthy and covered in dog crap and garbage. The pool is closed every other week. The gym is no longer 24/7. Rent has gone up 40%. First year here our roof collapsed and it took them months to fix it. Nothing was offered. Second year my girls car was stolen out of the covered spots. Nothing was offered. My window breaks every summer and they come do a quick fix and leave. Police are at the complex every month for something. There was a shooting the first week we lived here. Please avoid this place if you can. Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you, it’s a dump.
The staff here at Lowry park are great especially Lilli!
I love this property! I toured about a month ago and I had a list of apartments I wanted to look at. After meeting with Marisa and going over multiple options that I liked, I decided to rent here without looking anywhere else. Marisa talked about my furniture and let me now that my king size bed wouldn't fit in one of the floorplans i liked but she gave me an alternative. I moved in last weekend and i love my apartment. I have an attached garage with pool view. they take care of the ice in the parking lots and i have door trash pick up which i thought was really cool. i am excited to call this place my home and stay for a couple of years. I told my cousins about this place and they'll be moving here after their contracts end in July
Lowry Park apartments have beautiful architectural features.
Lived here a little over a year. Most of the neighbors are unfriendly and inconsiderate. They are noisy and rude. I hate this place.
Very poorly maintained. The maintenance staffs are the worst, average time to fix any issue is 2 weeks if they show up at all. Now the community is charging $10 a month for open parking and no you don't get assigned parking first come first first but you still have to pay $10 a month to park. My advice stay away from this place.
Like it so far but would like better care of the amenities.
I have been living here since 2008 and have always been very happy. Thank you.
This community is actually a nice place I would just like for maintenance to fix stuff in good time in and not wait . An one of my problems is I don’t appreciate is when you go by the office they keep giving you excuses if anyone has a problem the last thing they need is excuses They would like a solution even if it’s temporary .
Paper thin walls Trash constantly blowing around Nothing is done for noise complaints Cars get broken into nightly AC units are on their last leg Expect rent to increase $400 every year Sidewalks rarely get shoveled (except for office area) Maintenance staff poorly trained I've called the police for a domestic dispute Water mains break and destroy apartments all the time Seriously stay away from this place. The crown moulding and stainless steel appliances are masking how terrible this place really is.
When we first moved in 5 years ago, this community was amazing. The staff were friendly, the amenities were good, the location is great, the price was affordable. But it seems like year after year something new just keeps going wrong. There's a secondary pool right by our unit that was open the first summer, then closed for 3 summers without any explanation, and then finally opened again this summer. The hot tub is almost never functioning. Maintenance takes weeks to fill requests (one time we had a toilet that wouldn't flush and it took almost FOUR MONTHS to them to fix it; telling us it wasn't a priority since we had a second bathroom). They spent two years remodeling their office, which made most amenities (that we are paying for) inaccessible for that duration without any compensation. They require you to use their trash removal service (they will not let you opt out of it) which is incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes they just decide not to pick up for a few days at a time, and then we would receive notes on our apartment door from the office warning us not to leave our trash out during non-pickup hours (they would not have been out during those hours if the service that we are paying for did their job). The office has changed management at least once during this time, and it seems like the staff turns over every few months. Coincidentally, they are constantly losing forms and paperwork that we are giving them. They started charging us extra for parking this year (even if we are already paying extra for a carport), explicitly BLAMING THE TENANTS for the change. Our most recent renewal offer was an almost 22% increase from last years rent which would make it almost a 40% total increase from when we first signed. They are constantly charging us for more, giving us less, and paying less attention to us. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to live here. We cannot wait to move-out.
i’m very happy with the maintenance team at Lowry Park! He was very quick efficient and got everything finished and went above and beyond for me!
Lowry Park is a beautiful neighborhood that offers many amenities including a large community pool, fitness center, game room, and Amazon Hub. The management staff are all very nice, quick to respond, and have been super helpful in creating a smooth transition in the moving process. This area is within 10-15 minutes away from most stores and malls. The facilities are all very clean, and my unit was clean upon move-in.
I have and still enjoy living at Lowry Park. Love the location.
From my initial tour to move in to response to some maintenance issues, Lowry Park staff have been exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Appreciate their genuine kindness in doing their job. Love my quiet, clean apartment and neighborhood.
Disappointing cheap place to "live." You get less than what you pay for. You tour updated apartments but they provide you with dilapidated versions. Upon move-in our promised "stainless steel" appliances were old half-functioning appliances. The dryer and water heater did not work at all. The water was ice cold until maintenance finally came multiple days later. The old stove top had only 2/4 burners working. The refrigerator had no handle. He microwave was dirty and slow. We had multiple wasps in the apartment. The place was not well-cleaned but we chalked this up to it being an old apartment that was too tough to perfectly clean so we didn't fuss compared to the much larger appliances issues. Multiple walls and shelves were broken or in poor shape. Various plumbing and other small things stopped working while we lived there and the maintenance team takes a very long time to come. Sadly, the "amenities" were not up to snuff. The main pool was open during the summer but the one in the east was drained and dirty all summer. This meant the main pool was far too crowded to use. The east car wash didn't work either. The trash collection (which you pay for) frequently missed days or wouldn't collect the trash if it was deemed to heavy. The trash receptacles outside were often overflowing and smelly. The hallways and stairwells leading into the apartments, were never cleaned and looked so shabby. Our hallways wreaked of marijuana, which would permeate into our apartment. The walls were thin and we endured our neighbors screaming at each other nearly every night. Needless to say, we moved out early at the first good opportunity. We were of course charged fees for early move out but that is standard. However, despite a thorough cleaning and living there for less than a year our entire $500 deposit was also taken. When I asked why and showed a video I had taken at move-out of our clean (and better condition than move-in) apartment the management admitted they charge cleaning and move-out fees regardless of how the apartment looks at move-out (and in our case regardless of how dreadful our move-in was). These fees are nowhere in the contract. When I mentioned this and complained, they told me they were done talking to me as I'm sure they know they were in the wrong. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.
Generally, I love living here. This year, at least wrt one problem, timeliness was a problem. Beyond that, I love my apartment, I love living here and the staff are beyond wonderful.
We lived here for 12 months. The entire time our apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposedly a smoke community. When we asked the office if they would reach out to those in our building and remind them of the smoking policy they said they would not do anything unless we had photo evidence of one of our neighbors smoking. My car was also stolen from the parking lot of the apartment complex. When I went to the office to ask for help and see if they accidently towed my car, all they did was discuss how hot the tow truck guy was. They also never followed up, warned neighbors, or said anything more about my stolen car. Finally, when I returned the keys to our apartment they forgot to log it so then they tried to charge us extra days of rent even though the keys were returned a day early. Then upon move out we did not get our whole security deposit back. They did not send any follow up information as to why money was withheld when I called to ask they said I have to set up an appointment with management to receive that info. Just seems sneaky to withhold that information unless you jump through hoops.
I moved into Lowry Park last month and absolutely love it! The office and maintenance staff have been more than professional to work with, and are always so friendly. Mary responds right away and is always easy to get a hold of! I always see the grounds keeper out maintaining the property and keeping it very clean! Thank you Lowry Park for welcoming me home.
Been here going on three years, and I appreciate the staff doing their best to address issues as they arise. Greystar does a great job of always trying to improve the quality of living. This creates some resistance from those in the community that don't embrace change but is necessary to ensure that we have a clean, harmonious and safe place to call home.
Please share that this is the worst complex I have ever lived in!
It is a well run complex, they are always doing projects to make the whole area up to date and in good condition
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I've lived in quite a few apartments across the country and this by far THE WORST place I've ever lived. The apartments are trashed on the inside (holes in walls, broken toilets, missing screens on doors and windows, mold under the sink) even after been "updated". Management is clueless with the renovation that's are going on and selling apartments that are "renovated" that aren't and just a total mess. The apartment themselves are poorly constructed too; you can hear every conversation your neighbors have and if you don't live on the top floor you can hear every footstep the person above you takes. The cost of these units should be a crime for the poor quality of the apartments themselves. By far the worst place I have ever lived. There's hundreds of other options in and around Denver where you can live that cost just as much if not less.
It's relatively quiet and safe with some great extras included (when they are actually open)
It's a very nice place and the staff are very friendly and professional.
