Property Ratings at Lucent Blvd
For starters the whole experience has been a nightmare. I moved into half the apartment falling apart and I'm the second tenant to live there goes to show they really cheapest out to maximize profit, I'm talking basic basic Ikea everything laminate fooling wood/cheap carpet mix basic bathroom cheap closets. The company it self is awful the employees are disgraceful. Come here to live in a expensive poorly made shoe box.
The complex had great amenities. The office staff are friendly and arrange several parties to help create a community. The apartment is bright and roomy, feels like a home.
