Named for oilman Walter Fondren, this historic neighborhood contains some hidden gems and is rapidly gaining in popularity due in part to its proximity to Downtown Houston, which is just 15 miles northeast. Houston Baptist University is just outside the neighborhood and is easily reached by heading north on Fondren Road. Greater Fondren Southwest is considered one of Houston's Super Neighborhoods. Terrible management
No parking at night. No security or cameras even after the whole parking lot of cars were broken into. The manager told us just call our insurance company they can’t do anything about it. Someone was held at gun point in the apartments. This place really need to be shut down. Will not be renewing my lease.

These apts suck
My ac has not worked since I moved here within a month of living here it broke down and it’s been breaking down ever since , my fridge has leaked water out they just replaced my fridge after 3 more years I’m most definitely breaking lease , RUN WHILE YOU CAN
