Old with inconsistent service
Ok apartments but far from luxury. The apartment I rented was ok but the decor and appliances were very dated. Service from the office was inconsistent and services including repairs were seldom completed in a timely fashion. The amenities including the gym were not well maintained. There are better places to rent in Newnan for the same cost.

Keep Looking
My family and I had the misfortune of living here for a little over three years while looking to purchase a house. During that time the office went through four managers. Three of the four demonstrated competence while the fourth left much to be desired. Maintenance was always an issue. We moved into an apartment that smelled like smoke and hadn’t been cleaned. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. Maintenance requests had to be submitted several times before the maintenance manager would respond. Safety issues abound. On a number of occasions we received notice that cars had been vandalized, and our own apartment had gum placed over the peephole. A package was stolen from us around Christmas. A downstairs neighbor called the cops on us about twenty times, citing noise. Without merit Marie, the last manager, sent us a letter threatening to evict us. When I responded with my request for the amount due in our lease she backed off. Often my phone calls would go unanswered, and like a high schooler I would have to block my number to get them to pick up the phone. The gates were always down, the trash was always blocked. The playground is not well kept and anyone in the surrounding areas can and will use the pool. The apartments themselves are poorly insulated, thus you will not pay less than $180/month for power. The apartments have been updated, but it is little more than cheap laminate over concrete. Living here felt like living in the slums. Ultimately the community is poorly managed and overpriced.

Wonderful Place to live
Been living at Lullwater for over a year and they have been wonderful! I love how friendly, helpful and professional they are. The ladies even know me by name and apartment! Maintenance has fixed my minor issues within the same day. Will recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

Perfect first home
This is my husband and my first home together. Living in a community such as this has been amazing. The office staff knows my name and apartment and are always diligently working to ensure our needs are cared for. Anytime we have issues with anything they are always on top of it.

Ok
Poorly insulated and cheaply built. Pipes make noises in the walls. Train at night. gate always open. Community invite themselves to the swimming pool to party all night. I can hear my neighbors walk in their homes and open doors and do their laundry. Pet fee to high for such poorly constructed buildings. Other than that its ok.

Safe and warm
I have lived here for 10 years, I feel safe and warm and a feeling of community. The departments are very nice with large closets. The grounds are very well kept with a beautiful lake and walking trail. When we all meet at the pool were all like family. Wonderful staff that are always ready to help you. I love living here and feel safe and wonderful neighbors!!! Great place to live!!! Also the location is great close to Malls, shopping,hospital, movie theaters, and the Atlanta Airport only 20 mins away. LOVE IT!!

Lullwater Apts
Great place to call home!! The landscaping is always kept up, and they respond quick to any issues you have in your apartment. Love the pool and the residence are very nice and polite. The staff is great and always looking to help the residence however they can.

This is a great place to live close to everything, shopping, restaurants and most of all Atlanta. These apartments have large rooms and lots of storage.

Awesome apartment
Love my apartment here at Lullwater at calumet! Management is always attentive within a hours of any problems you should have. Pool is clean and refreshing! The whole complex is a joy to live in!

Nice Place To Live
My husband and I have been residents in the complex for about 5 years now and it's a nice, quiet complex. During our time here, we really haven't seen any serious issues between neighbors and in my opinion, that's a selling factor. Sure, things break and you have to ask for them to be fixed but that's par for the course. The staff are very friendly and will do their best to accommodate you. It's just like any other neighborhood, you get out of it what you put in. It's close to shopping and dining as well.

Wonderful First Time Rental Experience
I had just started a job in Newnan, Ga. Was commuting over seventy miles to and from work every day. So one weekend I started looking on Apartments.com and found a number of possible choices in my price range. Upon being shown my current apartment at Lullwater at Calumet, I knew I was home. I only needed a one bedroom and was surprised at how spacious and bright it was. All new carpeting, vaulted ceiling in the living room area, with a porch which overlooked tall pine trees and a grassy land area. So serene. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in showing me all of the amenities of the community, including swimming pool, laundry facility, exercise room, media room, lake with a walking path and plenty of picnic benches. I am three minutes from the most wonderful shopping plaza, Ashley Park. If feels like I am living in a vacation resort everyday as I go to work and return to my haven in Lullwater. Thank you apartments.com for helping me more than you know.
