Lumen has been a great place for residency. In the past few months though, we had quite long of issues with the elevators not working, and it was quite inconvenient. My neighbor's floor's heater has stopped working in the midst of winter so I had invited her to come crash at my apartment. The garage door seems to be always broken. There is also some issues that's been happening too frequently with the concierge, who is responsible to retrieving the packages to the correct recipient. There were more than one time in which someone else received my package, or when I had received someone else's package, or when the concierge simply could not find my package in the mail room until I've asked them to look again. The maintenance team is very polite and they are great.

Resident experience has been mostly good, however over the lat 18 months things have unfortunately considerably on the downward trend. Significant rent price increases coupled with building downward trend in security, lack of visitor parking process, constant elevator issues, and lack of restaurant retail space has led to a downward trend. Fellow residents have now complained of new found bug challenges on apartment thread with pictures. The cost value no longer makes equitable sense when calculating for myself. The leasing staff through changes has remained professional and quality, as well as the maintenance staff is top tier servicing all requests in a timely manor. Hopefully things will improve for the current and future residents of Lumen. The staff and people are what make the community. Thank you.

Lumen has its pros and cons. To start, the views are amazing. I love waking up to the view & the amenities are nice. But since living here it’s non stop smell of weed, dog pee smells the upstairs especially in the summer it’s horrible all on the roof. Elevators seem to not always be functioning. I could barely hear my upstairs neighbors before but lately I guess they have been making so much noise that I hear them, I can also hear my next door neighbor slam her drawers by the wall. Parking is a joke, anyone can either break in, downstairs parking garage is not secure at all. Overall, not horrible but I mean…. For the price, I would expect better. The maintenance team, they are the best.

I love it at Lumen ! Great staff, very friendly and you’ll get an immediate response. A really cohesive and excellent team 10/10 ! I love the amenities and community events, couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend! Community feels like a family

Its my pleasure to be here at lumen,up to now everyone thing goes well and we feel good.All the staff specially Jessica and Jarron were very helpful and kind ,and the doorman too.

Very good apartments for comfortable living. Good transport interchange, shops nearby. The complex has a swimming pool, gym, recreation areas.

My resident experience has been good, however it had come with some hiccups. The inability to consistently have a retail/restaurant presence, while having continued visitor parking regulation challenges, and security of vehicles coupled with cost increase has caused some strain. Property staff, maintenance, and concierge remains high level.

This place has great amenities, friendly service, and a nice location. I've had no issues so far. What's not to love? I hope to be able to stay for a long time.

It is very good experience staying at lumen. We are total 3 international students staying together and we really enjoy the atmosphere of community and the facilities of community.

I’m so happy living here It’s so clean and nice you feel a real luxury life style in here It’s so closed to any where special to shopping malls.

The location is excellent, and the amenities are top-notch. One thing I can say about Lumen is that this property is meticulously maintained every day! I’m really enjoying living in this community.

We have been treated with the utmost respect and love the amenities this development has to offer. The staff is very knowledgeable and respond promptly to questions or things that require immediate attention.

Clean community and the amenities are great. The location is great. However, they have frequent hvac issues but the leasing office is very understanding.

Very comfortable apartments to live in. Good layout of apartments. Availability of a relaxation area and barbecue. There is a dog walking area and a nice pool. Spacious gym. Very attentive staff. Good transport links, many shops. Don't spend a minute in a secure parking lot. It is very unsafe to leave your car.

Place is amazing with great service and friendly people. Parking is great with the amenities amazing. I love the place and hope to stay here when I lease again.

There have been improvements however issues have been on going regard safety and repairs. What happened to having security around the clock.

The best apartment I lived in with the best leasing team, Ismar, Jessia, Marlin, and Jarron, service team Bil, Padro, and the cleaning team, and friendly neighbors! I truly appreciate it all, and I will miss this place. Tyons with Lumen made my experience an unforgettable stay.

All the staff working in the apartment were friendly. I would especially recommend Marilyn, who helped me with everything from the beginning to the end of the move-in.

The location is unbeatable. It's situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Public transportation is also conveniently close, making commuting a breeze. The amenities are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean. The rooftop lounge offers breathtaking views of the city, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing on the weekends. I also appreciate the secure parking and the availability of bike storage. My apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The open floor plan and large windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a dream, with high-end appliances and ample counter space. The in-unit washer and dryer are incredibly convenient. The management team is outstanding. They are professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any concerns or maintenance requests. They also organize regular community events, which help foster a sense of community among residents.

Very comfortable apartments. Good location. Availability of metro and shops nearby. The apartments have a swimming pool, lounge areas, gym, and dog walking area. The only drawback is the lack of secure parking and the overpriced parking space without security.

It’s great. I do like it and do notice thought the ceiling is thin at times and can hear almost conversations being had amongst the people who live above me

Great place to stay. I’ve been here going on 4 years. Love it!!! Leasing office, concierge and service team are the best! Sometimes neighbors could forget the late night / after 10:00 PM policy but the concierge folks don’t mind reaching out to them to turn it down. The cleaning team are always keeping the building fresh and clean at all times of the day! Thank you!!!

New renter and It’s been quiet and pretty clean. I have not had issues yet. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating working with me on any questions or concerns.

Love my apartment, love the location. Many things are walking distance like the movies or restaurants. The building is always clean. Concierge is nice.

We are very happy to have found the Lumen community. We were especially impressed with Marilyn, Blaise, and Jessica. They made our moving in and transition smooth and uneventful. We also love the amenities and activities that they offer. The Lumen location is convenient to Tyson Boro where we love to walk to!

Nothing better than a 10 minute drive for all of your needs. Quiet neighborhood friendly neighbors. I get a peaceful rest at night no loud noises which is ideal for me.

Really beautiful apartment the gym is lovely with the overlook on the 23rd floor. There are multiple conference centers and lounges that are very modern and clean.

I’ve been a resident at Lumen since they opened their doors in 2019 and have been happy with my time here. Building is well maintained and team is friendly and helpful.

It’s a very comfortable apartment with good and friendly personal. Apartment have good gym, lounge area, barbecue. The only negative is the lack of guarded parking.

I’m getting ready to move out for personal reasons, none related at all to my experience with Lumen and the community. I’ve loved the year I’ve spent here. Beautiful building, awesome amenities, the friendliest of staff, and the best view of the city and surrounding areas from the rooftop. Lumen was definitely a place I was happy to call home and would still recommend to anyone looking for a new place.

New management has been great. But I am still dealing with high relative humidity in my unit. The fact that we cannot open windows is not ideal either. But, the quality of maintenance services and general management of the building has improved significantly.

Overall experience has been pretty good, however, there is no clear way for residents to inform management office when amenities need service.

5 years in and I’ve had good experiences as a resident, I’ve made neighbor friends over the years. Staff friendly for the most part. I’d refer others to live at Lumen. Love the amenities here. The views are unreal. Neighborhood feels safe

Lumen is a beautiful community with lots of friendly neighbors. You are walking distance to shopping, groceries and dining. The view from the 32nd floor is mesmerizing.

Lived here for a year. great building, nice neighbors, awesome staff. I would continue living here but rent got too expensive. I’m so sad to leave.
