Overall, not a bad place, but needs some more renovation. the fitness center needs better amenities. Received an expired coupon when we moved in. Our apartement was not cleaned before we moved in. Maybe add a fireplace lounge area.

I love it here, it is quite and peaceful I live on the bottom floor and I can’t ever here surrounding neighbors. Amy helped me with my move in process she made it so easy for me and responded very fast and was really nice! I was living in Oregon when I applied here and she made the whole process easy and stress free and she explained anything I had questions about! My son loves going to the pool and watching the bigger kids play, everyone has nice that we have met here so far.
Wonderful community with incredible access to major highways and a plethora shops and restaurants.

I’ve only lived here for a 5months, and have enjoyed it, I love my apt and the complex is big and the people are nice. Lisa and Amy in the front office are amazing and are always very helpful. And my maintenance calls are always answered immediately.

Overall, Lumiere is a safe place to live and very quiet. It's a Great community for families and could be a little cheaper but a nice place to stay.

Front office people are great. The apartments are okay. Security is low, and crime does happen on the premises. Maintenance is non- existent and does not respect your privacy.

Lumiere Chandler Condominiums is a quiet, beautiful and serene community. Its almost a park like setting. We have above standard amenities that include trash pick up at our door and an Arjencia water bottling dispenser. I love it here!

My bedroom overlooks a Lowes loading dock, I could tell you the exact delivery schedule down to the time of day, this is not a good thing. I have almost no privacy. The semi trucks come in and out all hours of the night it is extremely loud and causes challenges for me working from home. There is a lot of crime in the area, sometimes so bad that police would not even let us enter the premises and I would have to go find another place to stay for the night. We have had constant issues with electricity in the building and it is located in a wifi dead zone so the internet would go out for hours during the day and night. Terrible accommodations.

Unfortunately, that is something we can resolve since it is out of our restriction. However, we can give you some options regarding locations. It is indeed sad to know that crime has risen across the US. If you need to report any suspicious activities, we recommend to call Chandler Police at 480-782-4000. They are very helpful and they will make sure to dispatch officers right away. For electricity issues in the building, please let us know if that happens again so we can send our technicians to assess the issues. We have not received any reports regarding power outage in any of our building so we are not aware of this situation. We have to know if this happens again so we can correct or repair what is tripping your electric in the building. When we rented we were shown a "model" apartment with wood flooring, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances. We were told that the unit assigned to us wasn't ready to be viewed but would be ready at the end of 30 days. Here is what we found after 30 days at move-in: AC nonworking ( a new unit had to be ordered and put in place. This took 1 week. we were given a stand along unit with a vinyl tube to exhaust out of a window unit the the roof unit could be mounted. (I have pictures). Towel rack hanging off the walls (I have pictures). Dirty air registers (pictures). Huge corrosion on the units water heater (pictures). No toilet paper roller in second bathroom. When they did install one, it was too narrow for a standard roll of TP. Instead of getting wood flooring we were given carpet. Instead of stainless steel appliances, they were painted block. The front grill piece on the over the stove Microwave was broken (I have pictures). The dishwasher was full of broken glass and had to be carefull cleaned before it could be used. You are charged for "valet" trash service whether or you want it or not. When we moved out they replaced the carpet with wood flooring (came in and started working the day we were moving out) and yet charged us for "replacing the overly soiled carpeting". In my view these people are dishonest. If you rent here, it is your own fault.

Location is amazing and upgraded units make a huge difference. Love the tile floors and no more carpet! Also, upgraded fixtures, cabinets, and lighting make us very happy.

Pet waste is still scattered all around the grass area and cars are still being broken into (roommates included). I suggest installing cameras in the parking lot areas or increase security prescience permanently in order to reassure residents vehicles are safe throughout the night since security is currently not being effective with these reoccurring issues. I personally dont feel comfortable parking my vehicle along the wall where our designated spot is located because Id rather not wake up with a missing catalytic converter, broken windows, or missing headlights. Aside from that and the minimal issues inside the apartment I am very satisfied with my apartment, the community and its staff.

Close to many stores and restaurants. Nice landscape. Manager keeps the Marvi keeps the Complex in good shape - fire extinguishers checked every year apartments inspected for any problems. Emergency problems with complex and residents are taken care of. Two major concerns you should be aware of. There is a big problem with the water. Too often the water is shut off to fix something, and at times some garages have been flooded. I am not sure if Greystar has insurance for this, but they should. The other problem you should know about is periodically you will have items added to your existing rent - I have had three already. There are some unnecessary taxes also added. I understand when you first move in a tax is added to your rent, but this tax should not be added every month to your rent to increase it more.

Dear Resident, It's so sweet of you to mention my name with a kudos! It really melts my heart when our residents appreciate our hard work keep the property beautiful and residents are happy. You are right! There was definitely some water interruptions last year due to the annual Fire and Safety inspections. There were some buildings and garages that needed updating and repair. It was inevitable for the vendors to shut the water off a few times to make sure that their repairs. were completed. Trust me, we were also upset when we notified about the waster shut offs. We are just glad knowing that all of our fire detectors are properly working in incase of any emergencies. Don't we all wish that taxes didn't exist. Unfortunately, that is something we can do about. The updated units are so clean with white cupboards and a white tile backsplash in kitchen. and I love the large back porches Big enough to put a nice patio dining set. I also like the wood flooring it looks awesome with my new rugs. This condo is around a variety of restaurants and things to do but tucked in well so its pretty quiet. IKEA is really close for all your decorating needs.

living here has been good except when they decided to add extra fees for the bug company and to pick up garbage - some of us are quite able to take out our own garbage, and I don't have that much garbage to be picked up every day and I should be able to opt out of this program as I am paying for something I don't receive 3 days out of the week

Hello there! We really appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Valet Trash pick up. It takes a little bit of time for most residents to get accustomed to this wonderful added amenity. In fact, most of properties in the valley has the same door to door trash pick up. The purpose of this service is for the property to become cleaner if all residents will participate and utilize the service correctly. The pick up days are on Thursdays to Sundays. In regards to pest control, all residents pay a fixed amount. We have our pest control every Friday each week. We love our experience so far at Lumier. My mother is moving out from Georgia.We have to upgrade to a Two bedroom and of course wanted to transfer here on property. We love the floor plans and the convenience of being near the freeways for our work commute.
