Property Ratings at Lumina Apartments
Lumina is central to not only LoHi activities but to downtown as well with the walk ability due to its location. However, due to it being tucked at the edge of LoHi and closer to residential buildings, it is much more quiet throughout the day and night resulting in a good night's sleep. The apartment itself has a solid foundation where you don't hear your neighbors, the apartment staff are absolutely phenomenal and very attentive. For maintenance, Eric is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and cares about providing a good and working place to live for the residents. Athina, the complex manager is also there for the residents, putting on monthly events, attentive to questions and concerns, etc. The apartment complex is also very secure due to the access you need to get through the doors. For the other residents, they're very respectful and not rowdy at all. Add in the well built complexes and thick walls, you never have an issue with noise! Just from the pictures, you can tell this apartment has complex. One of the best features is the garage door to the balcony. If you like living in a unique and vibrant apartment then this place is for you. Overall, I highly recommend you rent with Lumina apartments! We'll definitely be renewing our lease.

Lumina is a great place to live in a great location and offers events and activities for those looking for a community.
Down side: Missing packages, break-ins to vehicles/lobbies, and cameras/package lockers often dont work; up side: you dont usually hear your neighbors, most of the neighbors you encounter are friendly, its well decorated, and has a wonderful location.
Love the floor plan and location, most of all love the balcony and view.
Lumina Apartments is an overall great choice with a prime location. The quality of the building and the working staff make this place truly unique. It's only been a few weeks but I am very happy with my choice.
A uniquely designed living experience with fun neighbors and great management.
I really love Lumina :) The building is beautiful and well lit, light is a big one for me and our apartment is very bright. The sound isolation is amazing considering we're right by the highway and I can't hear anything. We will be moving onto a slightly larger unit next month ad we're super excited! Just wish the utilities and CAM charges were a bit cheaper, but in the long run it's worth it to live in a quiet community in a great location. :)
