Luminary at 95

While living in SC, I was apartment shopping here in the Melbourne/Palm Bay are for an apartment. I didn’t have any time to drive to see the apartments, but I went by what I saw, the amenities and how I was treated over the phone. That’s when I made my decision to live at The Luminary. I moved in on September 1st and I am thrilled with living here. The people are nice, the location is convenient, the apartments are quaint and affordable with the amenities included. I highly recommend the Luminary as a place to live while home shopping or to raise kids. So far, I have zero complaints.

October 28th, 1020 AM my Honda suffered from a dead battery. Now I was about to be late for an important appointment. I called the Leasing Office, Estonia answered, understood my dilemma and immediately contacted Javier, one of the exceptional maintenance staff. Ten minutes later Javier pulled up with a set of jumper cables quickly my Honda came to life. I made my appointment and the Honda Dealership for a new battery. Location truly is everything. However when you get location AND a beautiful apartment home with resort style amenities plus great service to boot you are really winning. So happy with my leasing decision so far. Would totally recommend!

Love the open floor plans...and the staff is great,always helpful and friendly.

I was able to tour several units, and Ebony at the leasing office made the process of selecting and applying super easy. The maintenance team is very efficient and takes care of the property quite well. I had checked out multiple apartment communities prior to this one, and none of the other apartments provided amenities and quality at this price point.

I could not be any more pleased with my life at Ascend at 95! Love living here! Safe and secure... Pet friendly... Convenient location... Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Beyond thrilled with my choice to live here!!

My move in was very smooth and organized thanks to the management of Ascend at 95. I love living here.

So far my experience has been remarkable. The management has been professional, willing to help and took care of everything that I've requested. There were minor issues and maintenance team was on it in less than 30 minutes. Love it here!!

The process is very quick and simple, submit ticket and it is resolved ASAP.

Ascend is an apartment that feels more like a home.

We moved from Georgia, sight unseen to Ascend 95 and the staff could not have been more helpful with this experience. We arrived to a clean, beautiful apartment and they have been so welcoming during this transition. We couldnt have made a better choice for our first home in Florida.

The staff are super friendly and made application process quick and easy! I love my new apartment. I wish the amenities were opened a bit later but understandable for safety reasons!

My husband and I just moved into Ascend at 95. Like many, we did a lot of research before deciding on Ascend. The only downside I found was the price but at the end of the day these are the nicest apartments in town, and you get what you pay for. We are loving it so far although it's only been a week. The move in process was easy and Lindsey was super helpful and overall amazing. Would highly recommend Ascend at 95.

Im new to Melbourne and Ascend at 95 has been everything I could have asked for! It is brand new and features beautiful amenities, perfect location, and an amazing staff. I toured 5 other places before landing on Ascend and I couldnt be happier with my decision. It is located right next to two huge shopping plazas that contain everything you could need. The only slightly comparable apartment complexes were a few hundred dollars less and had a poor location and outdated furnishings. It was the easiest decision Ive ever made.
