Move-in was great, everything went very smoothly, especially because the staff in the leasing office and concierge desk are awesome. They always are super friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. If I was running a company, this is exactly how I'd want my employees to conduct themselves in the workplace. However, we've experienced several issues, particularly with appliances, that required maintenance. One issue in particular required repeat visits, which was frustrating as we'd expect thing like this to be addressed prior to move in.

Great service and amenities. Recently moved in a few weeks ago and we love that there us a 24/7 concierge and that all of the common areas are kept so clean. The only thing that we would like to see is more Gym equipment

Love the building. very clean expect for the dog poop that is not picked up in the dog area. ( yes, the poop bags were available) staff is polite and constantly cleaning the common areas. Feel safe in an around the building. Love that the building has multiple gathers for residents to get to know one another. The pizza truck was a pleasant surprise.

Great experience so far, wish we had a pool table in the common area. And sometimes there’s no one at the desk for 30-40 minutes at night and my guest can’t get upstairs

From the exceptional amenities to the outstanding service, I couldn't be happier with my experience luminary Since the day I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that goes into maintaining the property. The cleanliness, functionality, and overall aesthetics of the building are truly remarkable. It's evident that the management team puts a great deal of effort into ensuring the residents' comfort and satisfaction. Not only is the physical aspect of the apartment outstanding, but the support and responsiveness of the staff have also been exceptional. Whenever I've had any concerns or inquiries, the maintenance team has always been prompt and efficient in addressing them. The friendly and professional leasing office staff have made my experience here a truly delightful one.

Recently moved in and love it here! The building amenities and great and the building is so clean and well maintained. Apartment is great aside from some minor fixture issues that we hope to get fixed. All the building staff are so nice and helpful.
