THESE APARTMENT ARE ALWAYS HAVING TRASH OUT FRONT, YPU CAN SMELL DRUGS EVERY WEEKEND AND THE RENT OFFICE IS TERRIBLE.
Apartments are very nice. But I'm tired of sitting my trash in my apartment every 3 to 4 days because like always it's full. And u can't sit it outside because trust me they will go through it in send u a fine. Like who really goes through nasty trash? They instead want u to keep the trash inside. You can't even sit on your balcony. And another thing the police comes by Early in the morning and shines their lights all through the apartments. There nice but I done seen better.

Our trash compactor was not full at the time of your issue. However, someone had blocked the access by leaving trash outside of the designated area. We issue fines to prevent situations such as this. Our goal is a tidy community, and we will happily remove errant trash or service the compactor if it is overly full. We ask you to report violations of our trash policy to the office so we may swiftly rectify any issues. We are thankful for our area’s law enforcement patrols, and we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced from the use of their lights. The apartments are very nice. & If you have a maintenance problem they fix it within 24 hours. The only thing i dont like is Trash is always full. But you can't even set it outside the compactor because they will go through the trash finding anything with your name on it or kids name and send u trash fines for $50 and $75. So we get fines for something that's there fault. It should be more than one dumpster over here. Because obviously it's to much trash and is full every other day. They want you to bring the trash back to your apartment and sit it your apartment for days until the compactor is not full.

The apartments are nice but the trash and trash fees are outrages. They don't want to sit the trash outside of your door,on your balcony, or outside the trash compactor when its full. If you do they go thru your trash and fine you a fee, which can cause you to be evicted. If its over the weekend you have to let your trash sit inside the apartment with the risk of creating ants and oder
