Property Ratings at Lumpkin Place II
Lumpkin place II is a place I feel comfortable calling home. It's nice, quiet, always plenty of parking, and the owners are friendly and fair. If you're the type of person wants something nice and can keep it nice. Search no further. These are good people.
I loved the location of LP2! Perfect for going on runs to Five Points locations, close to the bypass and only minutes from downtown. The pool was always clean, never had issues with getting maintainance issues resolved, the bedrooms are spacious and it was always quiet and felt safe. Rental staff was very easy to work with and friendly, they knew my name when I came in to pay rent. Highly recommend, had a pleasant experience living there and working with Chris and Tip from Joiner & Associates! ??
