I wish you could give a place 0 stars. I lived here from 2019-2021. Pros: -There are ducks everywhere that look like dinosaurs. They're very cute. Cons: -The walls are paper-thin. Most of my neighbors had domestic violence issues so I could hear them slapping each other around at all hours. I can also tell you which of them snore. Yes, the walls are THAT thin. -Be prepared to deal with a lot of wolf spiders and slugs. -The apartment wasn't clean when I moved in. You'll need to give the cabinets a good scrubbing. The bathroom drains hadn't been cleaned either, so that was fun. -MAINTENANCE ISSUES: I could write an essay on this alone. Either Luna Pointe refuses to record when appliances repeatedly break so they can't be held liable in court, or they are so incompetent that they can't keep proper records. Don't expect repairs to be anything more than makeshift (even if a broken appliance causes electrical shortages, loss of hot water for weeks at a time, and almost causes a fire). tl;dr this is the scummiest place I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Don't live here.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. First the property looks nice from afar but once you get into the unit it’s a mess! I did more cleaning of the property than they did moving in. And the amount of bugs and trash is astonishing. There were bugs flying out of the bath tub and they did nothing. I had to bomb the until twice before moving my belongings in. Also had to do a deep clean of the tubs and bathrooms because it didn’t look like it had been done prior to us moving in. We were also lied to about how the water would be charged, we didn’t know it was split up between all units, so even if you aren’t there you still get billed. The management does nothing but blame the previous management on the short comings of this place. No accountability at all. I turned my keys in early and I know they moved someone in before my lease ended because I got notice of their mail and welcome letter from the post office. Renters beware of this property. You truly get what you pay for. And to make matters worse I only spent 2 days there in sept, maybe 3 and just got my final water bill of 108!!!! Oh and I was charged to clean a stove that was already stained and dirty when I moved in. Yeah they just want your money. And they are NEVER in the office. Would not recommend!

The new management doesn’t care about their tenants at all. We went MONTHS without carpet and a master bathroom due to a sewage leak (that wasn’t even our fault). We constantly asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t. They eventually got around to it, towards the final month or two of our lease, and we had to clean up all the raw sewage left over. Then the new manager (Cece) turned it on us saying it was our fault why it didn’t get fixed faster. The dryer wires in the back had been DUCT TAPED and I ended up getting shocked, but again that was my fault according to management. With the SCRA, we were able to finally get out of this horrible place but then they proceeded to charge us almost $1000 in damages, like carpet burns, but neither my husband or I have smoked in there. They employees don’t communicate with one another and this place will take all they can get from you. If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would.

The management is awful and doesn’t do anything to solve problems. There is a huge water bug and fruit fly problem. Maintenance is very forgetful. They let contractors work on apartments above and around you anytime of the day and night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all of your neighbors conversations. The communication is very poor. They’ll move your car out of the parking lot without warning. And the fitness center is a whole in the wall with only a treadmill, bike, and elliptical with poor circulation. More like a home for spiders. All the management does is say ‘I’m sorry’.

I've lived here since 2013 and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. I've enjoyed my time here and while my goal is to purchase a home within the next couple of years, Luna Pointe remains affordable and the new renovations to the community are a welcome plus. #ILoveLunaPointeApartments -JG

If you get off work any later than 6 PM, don't bother looking at this place, you're not going to find a parking spot anywhere near your residence unless management decides to stop cramming people into one spot and disperse them across the entire complex. Even then, if you consider that most of their apartments are 2 bedrooms, there are not enough parking spaces for the number of possible tenants. With parking being as competitive as it is, if you notice that cars are parking in the same parking spot day after day, it's highly likely that they never moved (AKA, the car isn't even used). With the old management, this was a non-issue due to the fact that they had given out stickers to signify that you were a resident and didn't have more cars than necessary, with a guest parking lot in case you really need that 5th car. The new management refuses to implement any sort of policy in regards to where you can park, so this has been the reality since they took over in July. Other biggest complaint is that there is a never-ending amount of bugs in every apartment. I've given up hope of clearing them out and only bother getting rid of them when the wife sees or they're crawling around in the drawer for our eating utensils. Other than that, the ducks are nice to have around.

We have decided to reinstate the parking decals, and are just waiting on the shipment of decals to arrive in the mail. Management is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Different employees will say conflicting things and communication with the residents leaves a lot to be desired. I moved out 3 months ago and have been trying to inquire about receiving my security deposit back the whole time and have received zero response. My emails have gone completely ignored and whenever I call the office during business hours, no one who can handle this issue seems to be in (namely Jessica). I can’t give this apartment complex more than one star unless they decide to finally respond to me and help me resolve the deposit situation.

apartment is only presentable from the appearance, but the actual parts, appliances, cleanliness are below average. Large cockroaches all over the place. Yes, they hire professionals to come disinfect, but if your neighbors are full of tenants that doesn't care, it'll continue to be a problem.

Great community that is nice and quiet, but near local shopping and markets. It remains well maintained with a park life atmosphere - the ponds nearby are soothing and peaceful, and going for a walk is no hardship. It has a large pool and fitness center, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Best apartment I've ever rented and plan to stay here as long as possible.
