It is a very calm community. Quiet and pet friendly. The homes are sound proof. So music lovers, late night gamers, artists and tinkers of all kinds would love it here. I have worked on late night projects with no issues. My neighbors with their drumsets enjoy their late night sessions. Anyone with heavy metal work boots need not fear walking around at any hour of the night. The only reason i found out my neighbors have such is by talking with them in the mailroom. When moving in, it can be abit confusing at first but its worth getting to know the area and communal areas.

My whole experience in this apartment had been an absolutely terrible. Fast forward over 1 year after moving out, they claimed that I owe them $10k and even used a debt collector to do this. I did not owe them a penny and apparently they lost track of the amount of money that I have paid them during my stay. Even worse, they also added an extra two months to the ledger claiming that I moved out 2 months later than I actually did. Shame on you.

My experience with Luxe Pasadena has been very positive. From the moment I initially called with an interest, all the way through signing my lease, everything was made easy. I was walked through the steps thoroughly, making the process a very smooth transition. I am very happy with the area both in terms of the units themselves, and the surrounding areas to the complex. It is kept clean, and is very quiet, so it is easy to find the environment very relaxing.

Horrible service, not professional at all. Terrible service for the prices paid for the rent. Non responsive staff. They haven’t had a functioning office telephone for at least 5 months now, I have to communicate through the staffs personal number, very uncomfortable and unprofessional as sometimes they are out of office and I feel like I’m intruding and they can’t help me anyway. I have lived in this building for 5 years and have seen the property managers change more than I can count. The amenities are nice and David the maintenance man is very helpful and friendly. However there are a lot of inconsiderate residents who don’t dispose their trash properly, dog owners who don’t pick up after their dogs, and people who don’t follow the parking rules and smoke on property- setting off the building fire alarms every other month! It seems management is more concerned with showing the property to potential residents than the welfare of the actual residents by not enforcing the rules stated in the lease.

I had noise issue since the first day of my move in and the management does not help to reduce this problem. I’ve waited 8 months now and couldn’t take it anymore so I asked to move out, but they are saying that they cannot guarantee if lease termination fee can be waived. When I am not even trying to move out due to my personal reasons. Management doesn’t help to reduce the noise, but doesn’t let you move out. You will not even get the minimum rights if you move in here. Stay away.

I’ve been living here for almost three years and it’s getting worse and worse every day! The gym is on the third floor, apartment shakes when anyone is using the treadmill, the noise is horrible from the weights and other machines. Management doesn’t do anything about it. Nothing at all! The building is very dirty, the hallways, the parking, the common areas, the bbq.. there’s one guest parking! Yes one! One place for one car! And residents use it to park their second cars! There’s no security on property. You have to call an agency and they come after a minimum of 30 minutes. Don’t bother and complain to management, they’ll absolutely do nothing about anything.
