I recently moved into Luxe and couldn't be happier! It's very well maintained, with new appliances and a well-thought-out layout. The amenities are excellent including gyms, work spaces and a package room. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and comfortable living space!
Great place to stay in Central New Jersey! Apartments are modern, well maintained, clean, and spacious. Plenty of open parking space available. I recently moved to Luxe about 3 months ago and I am very happy about my decision! I was supported really well to settle in. Requests for maintenance/service are taken care of in a timely manner, apartment has a gym, yoga room, study room, game room, and a pet room too. Location is very convenient- right next to the Woodbridge Mall, several restaurants near by, grocery/convenience stores, building is 7-8 min away from Edison, 5 min drive to the train station. Definitely recommend this place!
So thankful for the year living at the luxe. Everyone has been attentive and helpful. I love how clean they keep the building and how quiet things are in the area and throughout the building.
Building has great security system, making elevator usage very safe. Cameras in the hallways ensure security, everything is always kept clean on a daily basis.Super takes care of issues in a fast timely manner , and is very polite!
Every review you read is true. Walls are paper thin so get ready for noise complaints and penalties for living past 10pm. Heat in the winter freezes every year they claim they fix the problem but it really NEVER gets fixed. Cars get broken into frequently and management does not help nor sympathize with residents. Take your hard earned money elsewhere this place is NOT worth it.

Beautiful place with not a lot of lots of kinks to work out as a new apartment complex. They really thought of everything with the mail room, shopping carts available and the keyless entry. The appliances and kitchen layout are perfect in every floor plan ! Management is not very accommodating given the price for this place but at least they have Genesis working there. Genesis stays on top of all issues and responds in a snap of a finger. She always does her best to make sure her residents are happy. She makes the process from start to finish very easy.
Beautiful apartments but the walls are thin and if you have unkind neighbors they might not care about disturbing you throughout the day!
