Very helpful staff. They hosted a wonderful holiday party that was well attended and reflected all their hard work. Everyone appreciates all they do for the tenants.
I lived at the Luxe for three years until I bought a house. I loved living there. It was the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The staff especially Taylor, Caroline and Ashley were always welcomed and helpful. I work from home and it was a great break in my day to go chat with them for a few minutes. They also planned really fun events and clearly love what they do. The pool is something I miss since I moved. It was a great way to meet people same with the dog park. I highly recommend the Luxe to anyone interested in moving there.
The grounds are kept clean and are beautiful. I love my 2 BR 2 bath apartment with balcony and the location of the Luxe is perfectly with so many attractions walking distance. But most of all I must mention the Office and Maintenance staff (Ashley, Taylor, Sonya, Thomas, Randy and Ken) who always have smiles and are very helpful and friendly and even know the Luxe residence names!!! Love, love, love everything about living here!

The cost per square foot, and the amenities is competitive, and since it's a new(ish) place, most things are in good working order, and clean. BUT – there are extra fees they don't tell you about, that you must pay, that add up to an extra $50/mon. or $600/year. Like, you MUST pay for a "trash valet" even if you decline the service and take the garbage to the dumpster yourself ($35/mon.) and you MUST pay for pest control each month, even if you decline the service because you don't want an exterminator spraying stuff in your apartment ($10/mon.) and there's a $1.95 transaction fee when you pay your rent through the resident portal. That equates to an extra $46.95/mon. in fees that you have NO option to not pay.

However, we understand your concerns regarding additional fees, including the mandatory "trash valet" and pest control charges. These services are designed to enhance your living experience, but we recognize that transparency is crucial. We are continually working to improve communication about our policies and fees. Aside from a lack of parking spaces at night, my nearly two years at Luxe have been mostly positive. However, I'm disappointed by how management handled a pet waste issue. I received a $150 fine because the management said waste found in the dog park matched my dog's DNA. As far as I know, I pick up everything aside from very loose stool that's impossible. I basically asked management for some grace because I'm a long-term resident with no history of issues. If I missed my dog pooping somewhere, it was an honest mistake. Management declined to waive the fee. I can't say management did anything wrong; they might get excuses all the time. But I was surprised by the rigid response to a resident with a clean, long-term relationship. That's not how I'd treat customers in my business. Consider that as you decide where to live.
