Moved out on 2/28/24 and still haven't received my security deposit as of 6/18/24 even though a manager did a walkthrough with me upon moving out and confirmed I would be given my full deposit. What's more is I was overcharged beyond the price stated in my lease, and when I brought it to management I was assured the difference would be returned, but that hasn't either. If you like to hear broken fire alarms systems go off at all times of day throughout the entire year, this place might be for you. If you like to be charged 65 or more dollars a month for trash removal(not optional) then this might be the place for you. Overall not at all a luxury apartment, extremely mismanaged and evident by the constant change of management personnel.
I was told 3 days in a row to come in for a scheduled tour just for them to tell me they’re booked with tours back to back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. Would not recommend to family and friends. Not only the the street parking is so dangerous cars flying by up to 50mph NO NO NO NO NO! I wish I could give zero stars and I’m highly upset because the property looks decent but I refuse to be mistreated where I will be spending my money!
Live rats in the parking garage. Difficult management that overlooks problems. Property is not clean, especially the garages. Not worth the hassle. I don't recommend any RPM property after the experience I had for the past 12 months.
Property is wonderful. New, clean, well kept. Units are good size and amenities are exceptional. HOWEVER!!! The leasing office is terrible. Their communication is incredibly ineffective. I have had issues for three months straight with the leasing office not communicating effectively within the office or with the tenants. If they could just figure out how to communicate, this would be a five star property.

The hidden fees are outrageous for this property. The price listed is significantly less than that you will actually pay. The staff while friendly will continue to state they can't do anything while prices continue to rise and the quality of the apartment continues to go down. Really really dirty, having to avoid dog poop in the halls and glass in the stairwells. Why would anyone stay here when there are so many other options around. Consider this your warning, this is not somewhere you will get your money's worth or somewhere you will recommend to friends

I would NEVER recommend this property to family or friends. The loud walkers, motorcycles, speeding cars, and unsafe property conditions were a few of the many reasons why I left. This place was horrible. There would be loud construction almost every week. The construction workers would work in unsafe conditions, and they would leave debris lying around (nails, sharp gutter fragments, etc.). Maintenance would enter units after you've requested on several different occasions they not. You can hear people walking in the breezeway at all hours; they were beyond loud. There would be speeding cars, loud motorcycles driving up and down the street, and illegally parked vehicles. The office staff was horrible and seemed as if they were ready to fight. New residents had roaches freely walking along with their furniture. I have images and videos to back my claim.

This is a nice new community. My husband I toured this property and loved the floorplans. I was shocked that there weren’t any move-in specials. The gym was not impressive at all. The fees stacked on every month seemed pretty steep. The pool was nice but a disappointment as well, super small. If moving here with a family or a multi-car apartment, they charge for the additional spot in the garage. Depending on where your apartment is located, you could make it work if the guest don’t take up the spots. That was the deal breaker for me. The apartments were pretty average for something so new. Maybe they will work on these issues soon to market better to their customers.
