Ive loved it here so far. The location is so convenient and the apartment is big and perfect. If I needed maintenance the office is on it quickly. The only downside is I've had my packages stolen a few times. It's not the properties fault though.

The move in process for me and my children was so smooth. Alisha in the leasing office was amazing and very helpful. She was great communicating with me and providing me with all the information i needed for move in. The neighborhood is quiet and clean! I moved in beginning of November so i am new to the community, but so far i am loving it here and plan to stay long term. The base school is right next to the neighborhood so you have the option to walk your kids to and from school. My favorite feature of the apartment is the elevator in every building! It is so convenient and perfect for those huge grocery trips. There’s also a great dog park on the property that my yorkie loves. The neighbors are friendly and pretty much everyone minds their business which is refreshing. I do plan to update my review over time as i continue to live here.

I loved Foxwood when I moved in Nov 2023. It was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I love how light and bright my apartment is. Maintenance has always been there to answer the call when needed. My only regret is that the residents no longer seem to have the respect for the property that they had in the past. In just a few short months we have had dog poop left lying everywhere because the owners don’t bother to pick it up. Trash thrown down in the halls, elevators, and even off balconies. There are some that feel it is ok to put their dog out on the balcony and leave them there for hours at a time to bark and cry. This has happened on many nights which made sleep impossible. I hope that some day soon things will turn around at Foxwood but have a feeling this was only the beginning of a downhill slide.

I love it here! From the application process to the stay. My neighbors up stairs are a little noisy but other than that it’s been good. I love the staff they are super helpful. Maintenance is very thorough and fast turn around time.

I have been getting treated for pests for a couple weeks now and nothing has changed! I see at least 4 a day and all I’ve been told was to keep putting in work orders which are obviously not working! Highly disappointed!

I have been a resident here for a few year. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and supportive. the area is safe and not to mention everything is so close by. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner and I have no complaints so far.

There have been weird bugs in the apt since we moved in. Unsure of what they are and or how to get rid of them. Maintenence will knock once and then enter without giving a chance to respond.

Foxwood apartments is an amazing complex with a great community. Alisha in the front office was so nice, helpful, and accommodating from the application process to move in day and beyond. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and professional, responding to maintenance requests the same day. I can't recommend Foxwood enough if you're looking for a new home in Raleigh!

The walls are thin so we can hear everything. We have complained multiple times about smoking in our building because we have health issues that smoking irritates. Nothing is ever done except a letter sent to the residents saying ‘don’t smoke’. Communication is very low. Price is high for what it’s for.

When I first moved here. I was ecstatic with the upkeep of the property. Although our grass is well manicured . The breezeways are poorly kept. I am not happy that our luxury apartments now read income-restricted! really not happy!!

Alisha at the leasing center was more than helpful, she is an actual angel. She helped me get approved and the process was so easy compared to other apartment complexes. This apartment complex is definitely different; you can tell genuinely care about the people who live here, and the community they serve. Everyone in the office has been so friendly so far, and so have the maintenance people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. The apartments are beautiful, updated and luxurious. The amenities are super cool and definitely worth the extra money a month. I’m very excited about starting my new adventure here and calling this place home!

Fox Wood is a great place to live.I been living here for three years.If you have any issues, they're only a phone call away.If you have any maintenance issues, it will get resolved sometimes the same day.
