I recently toured at the Uncommon and was really impressed. The two-bedroom unit was spacious, well-lit, and had modern appliances. The washer and dryer was nice to have in the unit. The amenities, like the fitness center and game rooms, were great. I like the shuffleboard and pool table. The location is perfect—close to the bars, shops, restaurants, and public transport, plus a nearby park. Overall, I had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the price seems fair for the value.
