The square footage is amazing. However, beware of a lot of bugs and insects coming from the vents on your ceiling. Many may not mind it but if you are someone that particularly do not like bugs or insects this may not be the place for you.. Also, be prepared to replace and pay for literally everything! Filters and all!
This property is so amazing, comfortable and clean. Conveniently located close to grocery store, pharmacy and hospital. The property manager Ms. Veronica is an awesome manager always available and returns calls if she miss your call. Yolanda Pittman
It has only been a month, but I am loving my experience with Landmark Management, especially Veronica. She is always accessible which is amazing with my busy schedule. I always get a prompt response and she handles everything very diligently. The building is very clean and maintained very well. I love the package concierge and the covered parking lot. I love, love, love it here, I can't say it enough!
I recently moved in and so far I am super satisfied with everything. The building is great, the location and the staff. Management was great from beginning of leasing agreement to move in. I only have good things to say about this place and everyone who works here. I love it!
I've been living here for 3 years and I do not want to leave. Everything about this place is top tier from the stylish looks to the community. Apartment space for the price is another plus about this location and definitely worth every penny. They take care of any concern or issue right away and make my living much easier. I would recommend this building to anyone. Go for it!
Awesome. Building, garage, and property are nice and well kept. Maintenance and staff are excellent with responding and the upkeep. Building is quiet. Residents are nice and friendly. Love it here!
I live here and by far I love it. Compared to other buildings in the area it is definitely worth it. Every staff member has been very helpful. Starting by the community manager Veronica, who always has gone above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions. The building is well kept. I love having my morning coffee in the community lounge.

I have had a great experience so far living in my new home! The entire staff is very friendly. Nick is great and has been very helpful! They are quick to help fix any problems that I am having! The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by the staff!

The management is invisible, there many complaints but problems are not addressed. This building look like “luxury housing projects “ not recommend this apartments I can to finish my contract to moved out
I have been here for 2 years at this building and never have had no complaints. My packages are always waiting for me safely. The neighborhood is quiet. Building is equipped with cameras all over. Love the community room and gym which is always kept clean. One of the leasing Managers Nick we appreciate a lot for helping us a lot through this Covid pandemic and working with us to stay longer. As we truly do enjoy this building and don’t plan on leaving. Thank You Nick! If you’re looking for a place to rent here in Elizabeth I would really recommend this building.
The apartment units are nice. I moved in when the building first opened and I was able to see every available layout. Some units are way smaller and awkwardly put together than others. But my, and many other tenants, main issue is management. It is so hard to get a hold of someone and they have the worst customer service communication available. If your package is stolen its up to you to figure out where it went. Also the walls are super thin. I can often hear my neighbor singing in the bathroom next door or my upstairs neighbor playing videos games until the wee hours in the morning.
Don’t let the new look fool you !If you are looking for a Quiet place to rent this is not the place for you. These a apartments was poorly built. I can’t even sleep at night listening to my neighbors tv. You can hear everything from dogs barking to music playing to people walking .The parking is so small , I had to switch parking because my door was getting destroyed from the car parked next to me . There weed smell in the hallways everyday! I’m stuck living here for the next couple months and the makes me sick to my stomach the amount of my it’s costing me to live is a dump like this .
