Horrible
Roach ingested. Not worth the money. Says laundry onsite. Well that would be convenient if it ever worked. The old owner was excellent fixed any issues in a very reasonably amount of time. He kept it family friendly. Other tenants waking others up at 3 am was not acceptable to him. He did a wonderful job. Wish he was still there. Doing a facelift on the look of something doesn't fix the problems it has. I would explore all of your other options before signing a contract...

Poor Management
There isn't a physical office you can go to and no one ever answers the phone for the tenants. Maintenance doesn't happen and though they spray the units roaches and mice still get through. Would not live here again .
