Dundalk holds a proud spot in Maryland’s history as one of the oldest inner-ring suburbs surrounding the city of Baltimore. This waterfront neighborhood provides residents with stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay and a small tight-knit community that makes Dundalk a popular destination for couples, families, and retirees. Families also have access to great schools, which heightens allure. This town features luxury mid-rise apartments and beautiful homes, some with picturesque waterfront views.
Of course, water sports are extremely popular in the area, but the community embraces other outdoor activities as well. Stansbury Park is a local favorite because of its batting cages, driving range, and mini-golf course. Bustling Boston Street and Interstate 95 connect Dundalk to the heart of Baltimore and keep this small suburb connected to the excitement of the city.

Property Ratings at Lyon Homes Apartments & Townhomes
I called before hand to ask if I could tour the 3 bedroom the agent gave me the office hours and I also asked if an appointment was needed she just repeated the office hours. I drove 21 min to get the tothe complex only to find a sign on the door that stated appointment need after 12pm .Then I called and the automatic answering service was place on the phone in which you can only leave a message. My time is valuable and I won't return to this complex. It is sure sign to not lease here
Zero communication they will not answer my questions in all actuality refuse to answer anything. I would love a job like the lady barely answering the phone and somehow employed but not knowing how to answer several questions about the property and move in etc
I called repeatedly and set request for a tour multiple times and I didn’t get a response or call back every time you call they hang up the phone on you.
I’ve been calling “Lyon Homes” over 3wks. This is ridiculous I am looking to move next month.
They moved me into the house with a broken stove, windows wouldn’t lock, and the locks on my door would always get jammed

Please Note that Lyon Homes Phase I is different from Lyon Homes. Lyon Homes Phase I is the renovated side of the property and Lyon homes is the unrenovated side of the property.
Pictures featured are misleading. The town homes look like crap, settle for the projects before wanted to live at that dump. Renovated houses have a waiting list. You are only eligible for the crappy town homes. Don't waste your time. Before completing an application online, visit them.

The pictures in the listing are for the newly renovated Lyon Homes, Phase I. Those units do have a waitlist for occupancy. The neighbouring units are in a different phase and we hope to complete a similar renovation on those units in the near future. We are sorry you didn't understand that the only units available for immediate occupancy would be at the un-renovated property. We hope you will reconsider our property when our renovation is complete.
My apartment is okay for a single mother winning rent for a year would be great even one month would be awesome
The apartments here are nice and roomy, but alot of them need to be updated.
