About M Station
Our community is operating as normal. Please call or stop by for a tour. M Station is the centerpiece of Meridian Place and will be comprised of 260 apartment homes. A variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans with condo-style finishes such as granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, and designer lighting are just a few examples. All apartment homes will come equipped with washers and dryers. Personal outdoor patio space will also be available. Residents will feel like they are on vacation every day with an amenity package that includes, a nicely equipped fitness center, a cyber cafe/club room, a billards area, and a lavish pool and sundeck. M Stations central plaza will offer a fire pit for gatherings year round, and the shops, cafes and plazas that will be a part of Meridian Place will offer convenient amenities without having to leave the community. M Stations distinctive architecture blends will provide a hip urban feel to the area. Come home to M Station- the new heart of hub of Charlotte.

Great community, the leasing agents and maintenance teams are extraordinary. They truly care about your experience and are always willing to help out when needed. Great place to live!
Overall was great, my only concern/issue is the parking lot. No camera surveillance and spacing of the parking spots are to small. Cars get to tight and even if is not your intention is easy to hit with your car door the next one. My car was hit by other resident and since there was no cameras, it was impossible to find the responsible.
Living here is OK there’s a lot to do but all of these extra fees that are tagged on to rent are ridiculous. I get charged for pest control and nobody has been in my apartment to control any pest in over a year.

I love living here! If I ever have an issue regarding maintenance, they are quick fixing my problems. The only issue I have is the loudness of everyone at the pool when the pool is open, also, the people in the gym can be loud too. but that's because I live right next to the pool AND I live right behind the gym, so I hear everyone dropping weights etc. Other than that, no issues.

I been staying here for 3 years and I just love it! From the office staff ,which is awesome to the full amenities that the property provides is wonderful. The maintenance staff is very nice and you will get to know them very quickly. Very prompt when it comes to putting in a work order. You will get a phone call to verify the issue before they come into your place.

Nice apartment with updated amenities (stainless everything and LVP flooring). Maintenance is quick to respond, but doesn't always fix the issue — hence the one star off. But for the price and location it's great! Definitely planning to stay here for the foreseeable future.

I love living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, service requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and I love the apartment. The only thing that could be improved is the security with multiple car break ins. Other than that I am happy with my stay so far.

it was amazing here until car breakins keep happening, no more security or cameras have been put in place and the teens are running though hallways, screaming, and leaving trash. cigarette butts everywhere and dog poop everywhere.

Good place to live, just expensive! I like the amenities, I like most of the staff. I love the floor plan I have. First floor does come with quirks, like noise upstairs but that's why it's cheaper than top floor. If I had the money I don't think I would leave, but I would definitely go top floor. The area is usually fine, I do hear some sketchy stuff every now and again. Also parking is strict and no one will tell you if you are in violation. No warnings, just get towed. Was a very unpleasant surprise one morning.

Awful place to live. Seriously the worst ran place I could’ve imagined. Car got broken into twice in two months, they got no cameras or sympathy. Hallways constantly smell like weed and dog crap. Don’t let the first floor fool you.

Really nice apartments. We’ve rarely had any issues, but maintenance is quick to respond when we do. Thick walls/good insulation—I never hear the people who live next door or above us, which is a major plus for me! Everything in the complex is well maintained; from the pool and the gym (gyms open 24 hours!!), or just the shrubs and landscape. They have fun little activities a few times a month. There’s workout classes and they occasionally get a food truck which is super fun. Renee is the absolute best: she remembers everyone’s name, and takes great care to ensure everyone’s happiness.
