it was amazing here until car breakins keep happening, no more security or cameras have been put in place and the teens are running though hallways, screaming, and leaving trash. cigarette butts everywhere and dog poop everywhere.

Good place to live, just expensive! I like the amenities, I like most of the staff. I love the floor plan I have. First floor does come with quirks, like noise upstairs but that's why it's cheaper than top floor. If I had the money I don't think I would leave, but I would definitely go top floor. The area is usually fine, I do hear some sketchy stuff every now and again. Also parking is strict and no one will tell you if you are in violation. No warnings, just get towed. Was a very unpleasant surprise one morning.

Awful place to live. Seriously the worst ran place I could’ve imagined. Car got broken into twice in two months, they got no cameras or sympathy. Hallways constantly smell like weed and dog crap. Don’t let the first floor fool you.

Really nice apartments. We’ve rarely had any issues, but maintenance is quick to respond when we do. Thick walls/good insulation—I never hear the people who live next door or above us, which is a major plus for me! Everything in the complex is well maintained; from the pool and the gym (gyms open 24 hours!!), or just the shrubs and landscape. They have fun little activities a few times a month. There’s workout classes and they occasionally get a food truck which is super fun. Renee is the absolute best: she remembers everyone’s name, and takes great care to ensure everyone’s happiness.

I have lived in 6216 Forest Way Drive Apt 411 for over five years. I have stayed as long as I have because 1) I had family reasons to stay in this general area and 2) it is a lot of trouble to move. Recently I was sent an offer to renew less than 60 days prior to the end of my current lease in which the rent would be going up almost 24%. This makes the total increase since I moved-in five years ago to over 50%. This property has what they call "valet waste collection" which means everyone leaves their garbage in the hall and someone comes to collect it five days a week (not on Fridays and Saturdays or anything that even resembles a holiday). Because of the "no every day" aspect of this "service" there is always trash in the hall. Why didn't they just include a garbage chute in the building? To be cheap. Speaking of the "hall" the passageway is open to the outside which means it is open to the weather and to whomever wants to walk around including homeless people you will sometime find sleeping in the hall. The appliances are cheap to say the least. The paint is cheap to say the least. The complex is behind an old junky shopping center which faces Independence Highway (the one with the license plate office) and there is frequent noise late at night from the dumpsters being emptied. Speaking of that shopping center, all of some of it will be demolished for the construction of the new light rail, but it is hard to say when that will happen, but rest assured it will be noisy, dusty, and cause lots of traffic problems and when the light rail is complete, I'm sure this place will jack-up the rent even more. There is barely enough parking, but not really. The people who run the office and the maintenance staff are good people doing the best they can.

I enjoy living here. Its centrally located, and my neighbors are various ages, interesting, and friendly. I really like the design of the apartment, and the balcony is a good size.

Im new to the M Station community and just settling in. I appreciate my lovely apartment and the diversity and friendliness of the community here. The staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the leasing and move-in process. Moving here from out of state has been a challenge, but staff made it fairly easy to apply for and lease the apartment digitally.
