Property Ratings at M2 at Millenia
My car was broken into in the garage because management never decided to close the gate. Trash smell is through every hall. No one picks up the phone when trying to call. When you leave your lease they will find every opportunity to take your security deposit and charge you more, even if you make sure everything is spotless.
There are several problems related to garbage and more cleanliness in the condominium, noise from the ceiling above and from garbage trucks at the condominium door and several reports of theft and break-in.
Horrible experience. If you are looking to move somewhere around this area there are much better places. This place is always dirty and the maintenance fees they charge aren’t reflected in the upkeep. Most of the first floor always smells like trash because the trash room doors are always open. Anyone can come in and out there is no security. Someone stole one of my neighbors car this year as well. There was a fan hanging loosely in the hallway with bare cables exposed. And even found a wasps nest growing in one of the walls of the hallway. Lastly, if you unfortunately signed a contract with them please make sure to read it over. Administration will not make any effort on letting you know anything and just issues fees at the end
The corridors and the stairs cleaning are so bad and the trash services are bad too.
Based ONLY ON THE MAINTENANCE, I would definitely recommend this property!!!!!
The location is ideal with all of the shopping and restaurants nearby.

It has a nice location. It's also convenient and I felt my family was safe.
The apartment was not clean and full of cockroaches. Also the bathroom seat was broken, the mosquito net had holes, patio area wall was dirty and the dish sink had a drain liked. The refrigerator has a dent .
Great place to live but poor job of keeping the common areas clean.
I feel safe at the community, cleaning department has been improved but not yet satisfied. Regarding maintenance, the department has a lot to improve. The Exit sign locator by the door exit going to Millenia mall still hanging for months. Keypad gate access keeps broken down all time.
The price for the apartment could be better if the maintenance of the apartment complex was kept up to date.
the process before my lease was hard... it took one week to get an acceptance letter with daily calls and daily getting the "it's ready we will send it shortly" then nothing was explained to me the day I moved and had to figure out things on the apartment like having an access code by asking other residents. I was given keys a folder with no info and that's it.
The pro's - the actual apartments are nice and new, maintenance is good and always comes in a timely manner, the location is great next to the mall and shops. The pool is large and nice, with plenty of seating is nice. They give you a 3 day grace period for the overpriced rent. Washer and Dryers are full sized. The cons - there are zero safety precautions on this property, there have been robberies in the parking garage, a home invasion, and even more sketchy things I've witnessed and the complex never addressed. No cameras anywhere. Even after all of this they only hired a security company to drive the car around the garage once or twice a night, no cameras or anything. Don't bother paying extra for the lake view unless you like being woken up at 7am everyday to 10 dumpsters being being banged and rolled in an out of the loading dock for 30 minutes. Then again in the middle of the day. Its like clockwork. The amenities are not up-kept at all, the gym equipment is clearly not serviced, I actually injured myself from a loose treadmill belt. The pool table sticks are broken, no bags for the corn hole, never condiments for the coffee. Sometimes the office smells like sewer coming from the bathrooms. Nothing is maintained. They do not clean enough, the trash rooms are horrible over flowing with trash. The chutes are too small and get clogged with trash-bags so residents just fill the room with trash. I'm sure you can imagine the smell. The hallways are always dirty with animal droppings or animal urine, trash, I saw vomit one time, except for the maybe one day a month they wash them. The one grill in the "zen garden" is always filthy. Finally, good luck finding you packages in the mailroom. It's typically a mess. I compare it to the package room in the Grinch movie. I guarantee most of the good reviews are from their rewards program incentivizing people to post good reviews for rewards. I just wanted to share what you wont know until you've actually lived here for a few months. Every complex has its issues but just know what you'll have to deal with. In all honesty this isn't the worst property. It's just frustrating how nice it could be but they don't keep up with anything.

Feel very secure at all times. Beautiful view. A lot of amenities which I hope to use after pandemic is over.
The maintenance man was extremely friendly, nice, and was very competent. He handled our problem quickly and effectively.
Again, once Rachel was able to step in and get everything taken care of for us, it has been better. As far as the property goes, the walls are thin and can hear many things from other apartments. I also do not agree with the guest parking for 72 hours max per month per apartment.
I live on the 5th floor which is covered in dog urine on a daily basis. I recommend that pet owners be restricted to the first floor only.

Apartment community is good, but they have to incorporate many safety features especially at parking and even on the opening parking road. Cars go really fast in the parking garage and there are many blind spots. Phone signals are weak at apartments and the explanation they give is not justified. Could have been better if it was properly sound proofed.

Still recommend the place because it looks nice, location is perfect and the indoor garage is very helpful! Plus I really like my apartment. The layout is awesome and the size is exactly what we need.

Apartment units are beautiful but lacking in some areas - granite counter tops are not sealed and water stains are inevitable. Building 3 layout for courtyard facing apartments are noisy. Amenities are modern but set up proves to be difficult - Watchman app for gate, Luxer packages. There are no resident events.
I recommend this community because it's clean, friendly and amazjng.
Beautiful complex however the false fire alarms, constant noise in the zen garden and blind spots in the parking garage are bothersome

I can't think of a better place to live with all it has to offer.
I think a lot of the concerns I have are due to how new the complex is. Nothing that can't be fixed, but other than that the location and amenities seem to be good.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the safety cleanness amenities location it offers, and the entire staff from management to Maintenance.
