Upon moving in the apartment I was given was not clean. The air filter in the unit was beyond filthy and the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned what so ever. Shortly after moving in I was notified that my cabinets and counter tops would be replaced. The original date for the install was set for Friday March 1st. The complex maintenance team nor did the management office notify me at all that there was a delay in the install. After calling and getting no answer I walked into the front office, Then I was told the cabinet would get installed on Monday. Again no call no show on Monday March 4th for the install after calling everyday for a week past the original date of install I called the corporate office and the corporate office then got the complex team to show up and install the cabinet. To my disbelief the atrocious Craftsman's ship and extremely dismissive attitude of both the maintenance team and management office left my apartment in a mess and the work was not complete or fulfilled to what I was told. I did not receive new counter tops and the maintenance team removed the bathroom cabinets and did not place the doors or drawers on the bathroom cabinet. While in the process of staining the cabinet,the maintenance team splattered stain all over my kitchen. I attempted to wipe the stain off but it will not come off and I have contact via phone and email to have this issue corrected and they have not contacted me back. I will not be held liable for the damages

The day I moved in, my carpet was covered in hair, paint all over my floors and cabinets, and ants. The bathroom mirror and sink is errored still! I turned in my inspection of issues and not one thing has been resolved on the list. I have been here 3 months on my 12 months lease. Within this time, I have had so many issues. A squirrel chewed through my ceiling THREE times and it took weeks to fix my ceiling and remove the squirrel. The water has gone out twice. My AC has stopped working. The bugs here are disgusting. I have ants, spiders, flies, cockroaches, and now I have fleas. They send "pest control" every Thursday yet, my issues haven't been resolved. My apartment is not insulated correctly and they came to fix JUST my window. I was told they were going to paint over the insulation but a month later, nothing has been done. This apartment is not worth the money at all and I will not be living here again nor do I recommend living here.

The price is tempting but do not do it. Im literally standing in my apartment and multiple fleas are jumping on me. What was the rush to make us move in as soon as possible when the apartment wasn't even move in ready? On 4/28 prior to us moving in it was noted by the pest control on the card that there were fleas. Did you bother to even to have the whole apartment treated? Counter surfaces were dirty with hair on them , cabinets had residue on them. We got supposedly new carpet but there was trash and dirt on it. The walkway is dirty, and the patio needs to be pressured wash.

My experience with wood hollow was a great one! One of the staff in particular was extremely helpful in making sure i was given top kmotch service, Ms. Chardonay. Made me feel like I was important, listened to my complaints and compliments on the property and responded very kindly. Great place to live!

From the leasing experience to the actual move in it has been positive. Work orders are taken care immediately. Grounds always are picked up.

The location is primarily very well run, however access and egress are horrendous to contend with. Because there is no traffic control, virtually hours of time each week are lost simply trying to cross to the shopping center across from our home. Having relocated here from Manhattan where we lived our lives, we had no expectation of any sort of real sophistication from a hick town like Jacksonville. However the entire area is so tragically backward in professionalism of any sort that the everyday expertise of the population is significantly is lower than humanly imaginable.
We have lived here for 7 years and have been completely satisfied. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Service requests are quickly attended to.
I am also currently a tenant, and this is the worst apartment I've ever stayed out .Things start breaking a month after you move in. They tell you nothing they can do to fix it. The person that sprays for bugs never stops by regularly, so your apartment will get bugs and spiders no matter how clean you are. To top it off they just had our car towed for an expired tag.... They gave us 24 hour notice and towed it before we could even get the updated tag. Please save yourself a headache and DO NOT RENT HERE

Be very careful when interacting with the property manager regarding issues you raise regarding such matters as the ongoing laundry room washers and dryers being out of service for over a month, lamp post lights along walkways being out for months, no apparent action being taken to remove a known prostitute who was recently taken into custody at her apartment (a security, safety and violation of lease issue). I raised these concerns via email and was insistent that they be taken care of sooner than later. As a result, I received a Notice of Non-Renewal. Keep in mind that, without exception, I paid my rent well before its due date, I have never had any complaint from my neighbors and I have had no interaction with the police. Simply said, I have been an excellent tenant so the only conclusion I can reach regarding my receipt of the Notice of Non-Renewal is that the Property Manager retaliated against me for our exchange of email a couple weeks ago.

Let me start off by saying the apartment itself is nice. When my A.C. started acting up they quickly and professionally fixed it. I've had no problems with this place until lately. Roughly two weeks ago my husband's car was broken into in the parking lot. Nothing was stolen bc we thankfully don't keep anything in the car. Because of this we didn't file a police report but we figured the office staff would like to know about this. When we told the office they were dismissive bc we had no police report but did tell us that they had other complaints about the same thing happening the same night. No notice was given to the complex as a way to warn them that this is an issue. However they can send emails to everyone to remind them to pay their rent and when the pool was vandalized last night asking people to look out for their property. I get that this is a business but if you can't be bothered with your tenants safety and the safety of their property that's disappointing.
