Living 3 years in these apartments i can say i have met every type of creature. Starting in building 5 , meeting 2 RATS 6 monts apart and seeing the hole for the 3rd rat. The apartment was filled with rat traps all around for a year while i had a crawling toddler. It followed with MOLD in bedroom where it caused damage to most of my furniture as a cherry on top. Then i was moved to building 10 as a compensation and told that building 10 doesnt have “ any creature complaints “. With in the 1st week of us moving in me and my toddler was chewed by FLEAS. Because turns out they moved us into an apartment infested with fleas. Month after windows , patio started flooding caused by the rain. I was told to take my OWN precautions for hurricane season. While i told them the ground is so much higher in front of our patio and it fills with water in just a simple rain. No actions were taken. Just when i thought its finally over , now TERMITES are chewing my furniture and all they can compensate towards my furniture that is infested with termites is 200$ for inconvenience. Their solution to problems is “If you dont like it , then move out!”. It has been more then an inconvenience living in these apartments. More like an adventure , i wonder what is next ?

My husband and I are semi-retired and we enjoy the quiet of the property and as well as the convenient location to all the shops and restaurants that we frequent
I love living here. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and very pretty.
I must say from the first time I entered the property I was struck with neat and orderly the place was. The apartments are maintained well and when a renter leaves the community the crew here gets right to work renovating the place. They respond quickly and respectfully to any maintenance jobs assigned. All of the guys are polite, friendly and always helpful. I cannot praise them enough. The ground keepers are top notch because the place always looks first rate. The managers are all so knowledgeable and always there with the right information when you call them. All in all this is a wonderful place to call home.
Always pleasant staff and maintenance. Quick turnaround for any issues that need resolving. Pretty, older and smaller complex with old growth trees and ponds.

As a new resident to Florida, I am extremely satisfied with living at Belmere. The office staff and grounds staff are all very personable, helpful and I enjoy communicating with all of them. The grounds here at the complex are kept immaculate and the quiet and serenity is welcome, as I relocated from New York City. I hope to continue to live here for quite a while. Thank You.
I have lived at Belmere for 4 years now and it has been pleasant thus far. The grounds are well maintained. The office staff and maintenance crew are always helpful and try to get things done as fast as possible. I love my neighbors and have never had an issue with noise, although I cannot speak for others. I have contemplated moving but I know that the grass may not be greener on the other side. The apartments are old and a bit dated, but what I have works for me right now.
As a new resident to Florida, I am extremely satisfied with living at Belmere. The office staff and grounds staff are all very personable, helpful and I enjoy communicating with all of them. The grounds here at the complex are kept immaculate and the quiet and serenity is welcome, as I relocated from New York City. I hope to continue to live here for quite a while. Thank You.

Love our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Anytime we needed maintenance, they were on top and fixing the situation. But rent went up almost $100 each year and for the price we pay, the apartment should come with one assigned parking spot.
Probably the most well managed apartment complex I've ever lived at.
I have really enjoyed living at Belmere, but the office staff can be very challenging. Just seems very unorganized and communication is lacking. Upon moving in my keys were not ready, I wasn?t informed of the correct amount for the pet deposit, fire extinguisher updating has been confusing- I followed the directions each time, and I seem to always be missing an extinguisher after collection etc, when the buildings were repainted again, I followed directions and my personal items were damaged and the office never corrected it with the company that was hired, renters insurance updates are also a headache. Just doesn?t seem like the staff communicates with each other or follows up with what they say in memos, emails, and phone calls. Otherwise- I love my apartment and the maintenance crew. Wish the pricing could be adjusted too- I?m paying for cable that?s not needed along with pest control that I opt out of. The amount I spend is enough to rent a small house, so I would like some upgrades or options for renewing aside from an increase in rent.

Moving day consisted of a flooded apartment without notifying us, you have to walk/drive your trash to the front of the complex, and there were rats in the apartment and in the walls and bed bugs at the end of the lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You are going to give yourself such a headache.

You will not get an assigned parking spot. However for $25.00 more a month they will gladly reserve a spot for you. Balmere is a Beautiful place, but they will move you in on a special, then increase your rent about $100.00 a year. And Lord only knows where you will have to park.

Too expensive and the rent increases every year you live there; above an average increase. Forget maintenance repair on the weekends; you will have to wait till late Monday or Tuesday. Read your rental/lease contract completely and go to their website for more info. Also certain things are not included in your monthly rent; you would end up paying even more than what you expected. I couldn't afford to stay there after two years with the extras and the yearly increase.
For years I have driven pass Belmere Apartments wondering what they looked like. Finally viewed the complex and liked what I saw, but chose to go el;elsewhere. Made the decision to move in a few years later based on the price, location, and a few 'must-haves.' I have now been here for a little over a year and can honestly say it was the best decision I made. I could have moved in years ago, but I know that I wouldn't have moved it then as much as I do now. The office and maintenance staff are amazing to deal with. It's a quiet community with a well kept, beautiful property. Parking isn't the best for those who do not have a reserved spot, but I really have no complaints. I just hope I continue to love it a year later as much as I do now.

I can say that I have lived in many apartments. This one is the best. Anytime there is a problem from a bad neighbor to something that needs to be fixed they are there in a moments notice to help. The staff is amazing. They great me with a smile and I can actually tell that they are smiling when they talk to me on the phone. The complex is quiet, full of trees, great neighbors, bbq area with tables, pool, and the best part a dog park! This complex loves dogs! I would recommend this complex to anyone. We have been here for 5 years and will continue to stay.
