My husband and I just recently moved into our new apartment our freezer went out and they immediately ordered us a new fridge. The staff is always kind and very patient with us and always checked up on us to make sure we loved our new apartment. Highly recommend living here

I have lived in many apartments and this one by far is the best. They have an awesome staff! Katie has helped me out since the day I moved in and continues to make sure that I am doing good. It’s nice to live somewhere where you know you are going to be taken care of.

The apartment is close by the airport so you can hear the military aircrafts take off. Close by shopping centers and has an amazing lake to walk next too. The pool is amazing and for the most part everything is nice and quiet. Places to grill and chill. Office staff is always helpful and maintenance issues get resolved fairly quick. Financially, it’s a decent place. Be prepared to pay about $70-100 on top on the rent money. I didn’t like the water bill included in the rent as I prefer to pay bills separately. There’s a $45 monthly fee in the rent that’s for the online service and cable. I wish we had the option to opt out of that. The gates sometimes stop working but other than That it’s a very safe neighborhood. I enjoy it a lot. The scenery by the lake is amazing and summer time the pool isn’t as crowded as one would think. It’s a comfortable apartment. Packages can be left safely at the doors and no one takes it or it gets taken to the leasing office. The gym is decent. Parking can sometimes be tricky but there’s always a spot.

We really like it here. The grounds are beautifully maintained and really give it a homey feel. Our apartment isn't updated but it is still comfortable and we really liked the fact that we could paint the walls any color of our choice which makes it feel more like your home. As with any apartment complex you can hear your neighbors if they are loud but mostly is pretty quiet. Maintenance is very quick to complete requests and we LOVE the office staff...they are the best we've ever worked with! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
It's nice, good price for the area. Friendly staff. Work orders taken seriously and fixed within a day. Only thing bad that I can say is parking. Not alot of parking space for the number of occupants.
Office staff are friendly and have been very accommodating with a number of issues I've had. I've never had any neighbor problems. The landscaping and pool area are well maintained. While a number of owners do leave dog feces around its less of an issue than I've experienced at other properties. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond and fix issues. My only complaints are 1) the old A/C system struggles to keep my sun-side apartment cool and I cannot use a pleated filter because the system isn't strong enough, 2) there has been a pungent musty smell in my apartment since moving in that comes and goes that we cannot seem to find the source of (although the maintenance staff has helped reduce it significantly), 3) the gates rarely work

My personal experience started while searching for the right location to live. Visiting many properties throughout Savannah, the biggest impact on my decision was hospitality of staff members along with amenities this location offers. Christian by far is one of the most impressionable people you'll ever meet. Since living here, the staff at Godley Station is an A+ team, always supportive with any request or simply making my stay feel like family in a community that offers much for its residents. Godly Lake offers an opportunity to lounge around, fish off banks, docks, or simply take my kayak out for a relaxing day on the water. Out by the pool, gas grill are readily available for cookouts and charcoal grills located by the lake offering an opportunity to grill your way. Overall if you are looking for a great place to live near Savannah or Pooler GA, I?d recommend CG at Godly Station for its easy access to I-95, shopping centers, and friendly staff who?s always supportive.
I'VE BEEN HERE 3 YEARS AND THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD. WHEN I HAVE AN ISSUE, IT IS DEALT WITH QUICKLY. THE APARTMENT IS DATED & I WOULD HOPE IT WOULD BE UPDATED FOR THE NEXT APPLICANT.

It has been good. I like the facilities and it is well kept up. Only things I don't like are lack of storage space, the ac has gone out twice already and the security gate works only every so often.
Good living experience. Just wished there was more exterior building maintenance. Clean wise in the breezeway and stairs.
This is a great place to live! Office staff is wonderful, maintenance is great & responds very quickly to issues. Neighbors are wonderful! However I am only giving 4 stars because on top of rent there is a $45 fee for them to have basic cable in each apartment and wifi at the pool, $9 trash fee, $5 pest control so add an additional $59 on top of rent price listed, plus pet rent if applicable ($10 per pet). Water usually runs $25-$35 a month as well. Also, once your lease is up expect rent to go up about $200-$800 per month. We have been great renters who take good care of our apartment, but we are leaving when our lease is up because of that. Would love to stay though!
THESE ARE GORGEOUS APARTMENTS THEY HAVE A LAKE FOR FISHING AND A VERY NICE VEIW AND SWIMMING AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS SO CLOSE TOO YOU BETWEEN EATING AND SHOPPING AND PLAYING IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR BASICALLY EVERYTHING YOU WANT AND NEED RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR STEPS LOVING THIS PLACE ME AND MY BUSTER BOY AND MY SYLEVESTER LOVE IT YOU HAVE A SCREENED IN PORCH.
I love the lake and the pool having a hard time paying but worth it to be near my sick mother she doesn't think she Will be here another year so doing this for her
In October 2014 my now ex-husband came to me and said he wanted a divorce. I told him that I would be the one to move out cause I cannot afford the house that we lived in. So I went apartment hunting, I looked at several apartment complexes and was getting upset cause none of them were in my price range. I get to Colonial Grand at Godley Station. The ladies in the office was so sweet and understanding. I let them know that this is my first time ever renting on my own. That I was getting a divorce and it was going to be the first time for me as an adult to live on my own, seeing how I had been married for 22 years. They were very understanding, polite and didn't make me uncomfortable when I started crying. I let them know the amount that I make and that I will not be receiving any help from my soon to be ex-husband. November will make a year that I have lived there and I plan on living there for several more years. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone. I feel safe and if there is anything that needs to be fixed they are there to do so at a timely manor.
