A major suburb of Austin, Cedar Park gets you right into the area without having to live in the big city. If you like peace and quiet but don't want to live all the way out in the woods, then Cedar Park is the place to be. It's nice living so close to one of the biggest music cities in America, but you don't even need to leave Cedar Park to take in a great concert. If you want entertainment, check out the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. The center plays host to everything from monster truck shows to country and hip hop concerts. Cedar Park is only about 16 miles from Downtown Austin, making this an ideal location for commuters. Cedar Park is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Cedar Park's claim to fame (besides the H-E-B Center) is the Heritage Oak Tree, a 400-year-old live oak that stands 57 feet tall and is 80 feet around. This massive tree is decorated during the holiday season with over 30,000 lights.

Pros: ---- 1. The apartment community is clean and well maintained. 2. Friendly Staff and responds every time. 3. Near to HEB(walkable), Walmart, Home Depot, Nala's and Quality Halal Indian Grocery store. 4. Cox Elementary School comes under this apartment and school bus facility 5. Sufficient Sunlight and proper balcony view for almost every apartment, i could say the best design even they built quite some years back. 6. Near to Brushy Creek Lake and Park (around 1 mile, which is good for Kids, Parents and Elders as well for evening/morning walk) Cons: ------ 1. Few apartments have older home appliances leading to log maintenance ticket(s) (though the maintenance team is responding on time, many of a time).

The units have older features which is to be expected since this complex has been here for a while. The landscaping around the leasing office and pool they’ve done okay with but it seems like the landscaping just leaves cut shrubbery everywhere leaving a very messy look. The landscaping throughout is pretty run down lots of dead bushes that don’t smell very great (can’t imagine smelling this every day! Ew!). Likely dead from the winter storm but surprised they didn’t spruce things up with all the big business coming this way ( Dell, Tesla, Apple). The pool is big but dirty, the pool chairs are a little worn, the bathrooms near the pool are out of service, the gym is out of service but told “it’s being worked on”. It seems they’ve recently redone the decor in the leasing office and have left the tenants amenities areas last on their list to fix. The location of the complex is nice but prepare yourself for subpar amenities and a run down looking complex.

Our apartment is located near the back of the complex with rear egress. It's quiet and not too far from the compactor or dog station. Our neighbors are friendly and the staff is kind and helpful.
The staff are kind, courteous, and helpful. Very professional. The community is beautifully landscaped and well kept. The pool is beautiful and the gas grills and outdoor fireplace and seating area is perfect for grilling with the family. I love living here, it truly feels like home!

Maintenance is attentive and great, management is responsive and for the most part on top of things. Location is great and neighbors are fairly quiet. Parking is horrendous however and because there is no gate or access control the single trash dumpster for the entire complex gets full ridiculously quick; from the residents and from outsiders who freely dump off their own trash on property. The only other negative issue which has been growing steadily worse since me and my wife moved into the complex is people not picking up after their dogs. All management has done is send out a notice via email about fines but there is no enforcement and management refuses to put up cameras
I like living here. It's quiet, very convenient to local stores. I like my unit as well. I would like to see more attention given to the landscaping throughout the complex. I do my walking throughout the complex and there are missing or dead shrubs, grass that has died and not replaced. The front of the complex by the leasing office is of course very nice, but don't feel the same is applied throughout the complex. This makes the property seem a bit run down in areas. Also, they do patio audits, but there are several neighbors that have too much personalization and looks tacky and the property does not look cohesive. I would give it 5 stars otherwise. I have submitted two maintenance requests and those have been addressed satisfactorily.
The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever they can. The complex is maintained well and it is a nice place to live. My apartment had an insane amount of pill bugs making it's way in for the first 5 months of my lease. After replacing weather strips for the third time they finally stopped getting in. With the exception of the pill bug problem it has been a great experience living at CG at Silverado Reserve.
I love living here! The neighbors, staff, and maintenance (which I do not see often - a super plus) are so friendly! The only issue that I have that is very frustrating to deal with is the parking. If you do not get home by 8pm ? best of luck because you are hiking a mile. The only alternative is to rent a garage, which is not within my budget. With that being said I would love to see assigned parking in the near future; I think this is the only apartment unit I have lived in that does not provide assigned parking. One other issue, the dumpster ? the ONE AND ONLY!
Going on 4 years now, enjoy the privacy, landscaping is professional and I trust the maintenance team as well as the management team. The temperature in my apartment is comfortable with affordable utilities. Spacious apartment with large bedrooms and closets. The washer and dryer are a huge plus as is the cable package.

My family and I have lived on the property for over a year and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. The property is pet friendly and still remains to stay clean, the office assistants are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you Chris for being THE BEST!!
I am a member of this community for the past few months and all I have to say for these apartment is .. stay away. Cons: 1. Trash disposal is at only one place, so if you have an apartment a little far from the trash disposal, you will have to take it in your vehicle to the disposal place. Aweful. Considering the number of apartments this community has, they could do a better job at this. 2. The swim pool is always dirty and full of insects. I don't even feel like stepping my finger in the water. 3. I can literally hear every foot step and a little loud conversation each of my five neighboring apartment do. Super thin walls. Looks like they used just enough material to make sure there is a structure to rent. 4. Snakes and centipedes: In the past few months, I witnessed centipedes, snakes, ants, cockroaches, and spiders all over the apartment inside and outside. Ants are a big problem. 5. They charge $50 each month to maintain their resident site ( really ). wasn't u supposed to be maintaining it and taking charge of it. I have never seen any residential company doing this. 6. I am paying an extra 50 to get internet in the apartment. 7. Ground floor units will always get street lights and car's headlights straight into their rooms. Great way of waking up in the middle of the night. We can't use one of our rooms as it always get street light. When u complain to management, they say, buy ur own blinds, we will help u install it. Wow really? Pros: Close to HEB Cable is included but no internet.
I have been here for about 6 months and its not too bad for the price. Should be a little cheaper in my opinion. Biggest issue so far is maintenance.Have noticed them closing tickets without completing them and not coming back to give feedback or updates. Dog poop seems to be an issue in some spots. Safe area with no crime that I have noticed.

My family and I moved into these appointments in July 2014 and they where wonderful, but now it's like the quality of people moving in here has gone down. Instead of people taking there trash to the dumpster they just put it in the trash can by the mailbox then it starts overflowing and blowing junk mail all over the place. This is also a pet friendly complex but no one picks up after there dog, when the people do pick up after there dog it's hard to throw it away because the complex doesn't change out the trash at the dog station. If you are looking for a short term place this will do but if you are wanting to stay a bit longer there are a lot better options out there.

I have been a tenant for 2 years always paying rent on time. I found out at the end of 2 year the amount of my rent was on my credit report as in collection. I was informed by the office that this was done to "help " my credit. It made the mortgage interest rate I was shopping for go up. The office was very unhelpful in getting this resolved.

I have lived at this apartment for a few months now. I could not have found a better community. I have lived at several apartments and this one is by far the best. The amminaties are very clean and well maintained. The company MAA makes it easy to pay rent online. The maintenance program is very well organized and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other people. The office staff is also very helpful and very informative about any questions that residents may have.
