PLEASE SAVE YALL MONEY AND DO NOT RENT HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!

Worst experience with a rental property every and I have moved alot. Management is rude and corporate office will do nothing if you think you can just call them.

Thank you for letting us know that you're happy with your home and our location. Samantha will be encouraged by your acknowledgment of her caring nature, and we're so glad that you appreciate the cleanliness of our pool. However, we want your entire experience in our community to be excellent, and it's very discouraging to learn that you have concerns about pests and residents not disposing of trash properly or cleaning up after their pets. We also regret to learn that you feel a member of our team has not been as kind and helpful as you would expect. What you've shared is disturbing, and we want to investigate your claims. We'd like to talk with you further to gather additional details about your experience, so, at your earliest convenience, please contact our resident care line at 866-620-1130. We look forward to hearing from you and making things right.
Colonial village really makes this complex to be better than what it actually is. For starters before moving in I was shown one type of apartment and when I actually moved in it was totally different. The management is the Absolute WORST. Extremely rude! They care about nothing but the rent being paid. Lived here for a year and left as soon as my lease was up. They let dogs poop just about anywhere and hold no one accountable for it. They have dog bags but they’re almost never filled. The trash is constantly overflowing and all over the place. I would say Neighborhood is easy to get around. I would definitely consider other complexes before making a commitment.

We're so sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience as a resident. Our management team is held to the highest standards, and our goal is always to provide top-notch service and facilities for our residents. With that said, we sincerely regret to hear that we fell so short of your expectations in terms of upkeep, service, and communication. Your feedback will help us better train our team in the future, so we appreciate you taking the time to share. Best of luck.
The Neighborhood is nice and the staff is friendly, however not all apartments are created equal. We saw a very nice model apartment when we went looking and the price seemed almost too good to be true, and it was. We moved in to appliances that would not work, or broke in a week or two. The grout in the bathroom was full of mold and mildew (they had us sign a mold addendum to the lease when we moved in?) and the tile was covered in scraped up paint. There was paint on the carpet, thermostat as well as the switches and handles (not to mention cabinets). We had been told we were not going to have updated cabinets in the apartment, however I still expected then to be clean and in good shape. They looked grease and dirty, some of the doors look like they want to come apart and many stick shut and have to pulled forcefully open. I could go on, but I think the idea is clear. I and sure the newly remolded apartments are in much better condition then ours and you may well find a great place for yourself and your family in this community. Just be wary and be sure of what you are getting. And one last tip if you do decide to move in here, use the online website for maintenance requests, it will get you the most reliable response.
This is a wonderful place to live if you have a dog that most places will not except. They take any breed. We have a dog play area tennis court, pool with lounge chairs and tables, grills for cooking and a exercise room. We are close to malls and all sorts of restaurants. The apartments are large and they have up to three bedrooms. They also have fireplaces that really work. This is a great quiet place to live.
Really bad apartments and poor management, not really good place to stay.
This place went from being my favorite place to live, to the worst. Management changed around 2013-2014 and it went downhill very quickly. There was one maintenance person for the entire apartment community. FYI there are at least 200 units. My apartment flooded because my upstair's neighbor's water heater rusted out. Water was everywhere. Maintenance arrived the same night it happened, however all he did was put fans in my apartment. The leak did not stop and the water was just getting blown around. There was water coming out of my electrical sockets. It ended up taking nearly 2 weeks for them to stop the leak and to get my apartment back to normal. It never got back to normal. The property manager was furious with me because I complained, but when your health and safety are at risk, you will do whatever it takes to see that this gets taken seriously. After that incident, I had mold everywhere and they just painted over it. I developed severe allergies which have cost me thousands of dollars in health expenses (and I have really good health insurance!) Crime started to appear very rapidly like never before. It was so bad that the leasing office sent out notices telling everyone to close their blinds during the day to avoid being robbed. The pool was one of my favorite parts of living in this apartment complex, that is, until the water turned green. As far as pricing of the apartment, it was very expensive for the rent. Next, they add on fees. Here is a list of all of the fees for each month: 1. Trash Fee--$10.00 2. Utility Billing Fee--$5.00 3. Water/Sewer--$23.00 4. MAA Connect (This is Cable TV and you pay for it whether or not you use it.) $45.00 5. Pest Control Fee--$7.00 (Pest control showed up twice in the two years I lived here.) Dealings with the leasing office: Prior to the change in management, office interactions were very friendly and helpful. After the change in management, everything changed. The property manager would scold her leasing representatives in front of residents. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I legitimately felt horrible for the leasing representatives. One time, I was talking to the property manager while the leasing representative was talking to a potential tenant and she said, "You need to go out there, I can't hear anything in here, you're too loud!"
these apartments are very nice for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and I never have a problem with utilities or noise. the complex also has renovated rooms that are fairly priced. This complex also allows dogs, which is also a plus :)
Apartments are nice - some have fireplaces, which I like. I've had to have maintenance twice, and have been very satisfied. Management is very good. My only real complaint was that when I first looked at the apartment and discussed rent, I wasn't told that there would be about $100 in fees added to the rent. Every other apartment complex I've lived in (3 others) has only charged for water and sewer - about 25 per month. Here it's water, sewer, pest control, cable (which when I moved in was advertised as included in my rent - that is no longer the case), etc. I will admit I did not ask, so I take partial responsibility. All in all, though, I've been happy here - recently renewed my lease. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone looking for an apartment.
