Super friendly, competent, professional and excellent service! Matthew has been awesome from the beginning giving me and my daughters a detailed and long tour not just to and from the model unit. I stopped by a couple of time to check out different parts of the complex on my own to ensure it is clean and well maintained and nothing to hide, they let me in, the buildings would benefit from painting job but other than that everything is pretty clean and no broken stuff around - Every time I call, someone picks up the phone and one time it was not, they a call are returned promptly. The location is excellent, right across street from a plaza with Publix, McD, TacoBell, Gas Station. Dance studio, gym, yoga, dental, medical and vet offices plus some really good local restaurants and more. It is also next to Bay Lake ES & HWMS (top schools of the area) and a big plus, the complex has a pedestrian gate to one of the best covered playgrounds of Windermere(next to playground, there is an "outdoor gym" for adults to work out while their children play and a pick nick area with one of the most available lake and sunset views in town - And for what I heard, Magic Kingdom fireworks can be seen from the entertainment area and some of the units... who in town can beat that :0)

I have lived here at Post Lakeside on two separate occasions. The reason I returned is that it truly is a safe and relaxing place to live that is so close to all of the major attractions. The office staff are very caring and treat you like family. The grounds are well maintained with seasonal flowers providing a cheerful touch. The pool and fitness center are awesome. They sometimes have food trucks and resident celebrations that are a lot of fun. The sunsets over the lake and views of the Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks reflected on the lake are an added bonus. I love how even if you do not have a lake view apartment there are public porches and a dock on the lake so that everyone can enjoy the view. Any maintenance requests I have made have been promptly attended to. This community has a nice mix of ages and is very diverse. The people I have met have been very friendly and courteous. I am sad that I have to relocate due to life changes but hope to make this my home again some day!

Overall, I would describe my living experience as positive. The property is beautiful, and the onsite team has been responsive and kind. Perhaps not within the power of the onsite team, my reason for not rating my living experience as a 5-Star is due to many of my neighbors being inconsiderate (terribly misbehaved children who damage property, residents who smoke to the point where it?s an inconvenience to others, etc.).
I have lived at Post Lakeside now for 3.5 years. If I were writing this review a year ago, I would have absolutely given Post Lakeside 5 stars. However, since MAA has taken over the management of the property, the level of service and care for the property has degraded immensely. The staff members in the office, included the property manager Trish, are completely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. I do not believe they care about their residents at all, and instead only care about the bottom line. The girls who work in the office are dressed incredibly innappropriately for a corporate environment/leasing office, to the point where if I were a prospective resident visiting the property I would feel immediately uncomfortable and would not consider leasing at this property. While Post Properties was the managing agency, Joel was an absolute delight to work with. He was diligent, responsive, and respectful - completely opposite from the current staff of MAA. Recently, the AC in our building common areas has been broken and not repaired. The air is stagnant and the hallway is starting to smell, especially on nights when trash is to be picked up via valet trash. We have reported this issue multiple times to the office, and have been told each time someone is coming to fix this issue yet it is still broken. We were told by the office staff the hallway in the building is not a priority, and that we should be grateful we even have electricity post Hurricane Irma. Any maintenance request put in takes days if not weeks to be addressed, unless we call the office to follow up when something has not been taken care of. The maintenance of the pool area is also rapidly declining, with green mold and mildew growing on the walls of the pool. None of this was a problem prior to MAA's management. Again, if this were a year ago, I would 100% recommended anyone to live here as I truly felt I was getting what I was paying for. While the current management staff is around, I will not be recommending Post Lakeside to any of my friends, family, or colleagues. For the amount you would be paying, it just isn't worth it.

I moved in two months ago and have loved it. The people are nice and friendly. It is very quiet. The walls are thick. The porches are a great size and I love that they are screened in. It is very clean and they keep the hallways and stairwell clean. They valet the trash and the rooms are pretty good size. Newer appliances. The cooking classes are fun (and free) and the pool is gorgeous. I love laying in the hammocks reading. It is gated and people can't just walk in. Very close to a small shopping center with a new one coming in soon. Also in good proximity to Disney and other shopping places. I get to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night from my apartment. I'm SOOO happy I moved in here. Two negatives I've found though is that the dishwasher doesn't dry well even with jetdry filled and parking is tight.

I looked at a lot of places before settling here--overall I'd do it again. It's a tricky place to be young and a tricky place to have a family, the complex is split between those two groups. Lakeside view to Magic Kingdom fireworks though, that's priceless.
I feel like I live at a resort. So quiet and maintained like you wouldn't believe. The location is great and amenities are incredible. Best complex I have ever lived in!
My wife and I have lived at Post Lakeside for a year and a half now, and it is absolutely the best apartment we've rented out of 4 different complexes in the 4 years we've been working for Walt Disney World. The Front Office has always responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns and the 24 hour call service has been helpful when we've had after-hours maintenance requests or (rarely) noise complaints. The pool area is very relaxing and overlooks a lake with a fishing pier. I make frequent use of the fitness center, which is well maintained and good sized for the size of the complex. Our favorite thing about the apartments here are that they feel so removed from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, yet are actually very close to them, so its an ideal living situation for Disney employees who want a more professional or family friendly atmosphere than some of the other nearby apartment complexes. There's aways plenty of parking and there's a car car station with free shop vac and power car wash machine. Also convenient is the shopping center right across the street with a large, newer Publix grocery store. As Disney Cast Members we had the entire security deposit waived and only had to pay a small pet deposit.
This community is close to everything yet maintains a tranquil and peaceful feel. It is a joy to come home to a beautifully kept infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and fitness center. The view is amazing and I love lake front living! The interior hallways are great and adds to the secure feel. Beautifully appointed inside and out. It truly is easy living!
