Property Ratings at MAA Energy Park
I do like living at Park Place Apartment. The grounds are well kept, the area is quiet, the staff is professional, the maintenance staff is very prompt with maintenance requests. Downsides are the property isn't too close to any grocery stores, etc. Also, for the amount the rent is going up every year, the amenities are not accommodating or sufficient, or the type of new amenities doesn't accommodate the majority of the tenants.
Amazing! Great place to raise a family, quite it and loving
I haven't had any issues since moving into Park Place. Maintenance is very prompt in responding, the office staff has always been courteous and the community is just peaceful. My experience here has been great so far.
Since 2017, the community and customer service is magnificent!
No issues so far
Management is very nice and helpful.
I love it! It?s very quiet and clean. The staff is very responsive, dependable, and liable.
I have been here 1 year. Very happy, it's a quiet environment. Maintenance fixes issues promptly. Leasing office has addressed any issues- wonderfully
It has been with no doubt the best place where I have lived since I moved to USA in 2015, I strongly believe that people is who make the difference and this administration have the best people anybody can ask for, starting with Mrs Melissa, Daniela, Martha at the leasing office and finishing with Mr Jer?nimo and his 2 coworkers who always provide exceptional maintenance services no matter what day of the week or what time you need them. I absolutely recommend Park Place as the greatest place to live in Houston.
Roches everywhere. I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life. This place is so disgusting. Don’s waste your hard earned money here to live with roaches

We appreciate your feedback about the nuisance you have experienced here. Our staff works hard to ensure a clean, pest-free living environment for our residents, and we are disappointed to hear this has not been your experience. Please call us at 866-620-1130 at your earliest convenience, as we'd like to discuss this issue further and fix it as soon as possible.
Just moved in not long ago. It was not what I expected comparing to the model the staff showed me. Many things are pretty old in my unit, such as the disposal sink which clogs regularly, the hose behind the toilet drips water all day, the broken balcony door, and etc. I saved $100/month by picking this place instead of Marquis or Sevona. Unless you are really trying to save money, pay the extra can really save you from some headaches!

We appreciate your review which gives us an opportunity to improve your living experience. We strive to provide a superb apartment for the best price and regret if your experience has been disappointing. We'd like to resolve your concerns as soon as possible, so please contact our leasing office or call 866-620-1130. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
I've lived here for a over a month and had a friend that lived here for half a year, so I am pretty familiar with this place. The leasing office staff are nice people. This place is even open on Sundays. The pool could be cleaned a little bit more, but there's no complaining there. I haven't recalled any issue with the gates staying open, as most apartments seem to have this problem. My biggest issue is the roaches that pop up occasionally. I haven't been there long as I stated, but I've already caught a few of those nasty ones. The place is pretty quiet--can't really hear my neighbors. Parking is ok. I've never had to park too far.

We are so excited that you decided to make our community your home, and are thankful for your kind words regarding our team. We appreciate your detailed feedback, and take your concerns seriously. We would love to discuss any additional concerns with you and encourage you to reach out to our office! We would love to know how we can improve!
Park Place may be a small apartment complex but it has a big heart. You will find an over all quiet and clean community that is patrolled by security and even has an emergency line for any moments you might need them. We are located right outside of Houston's Energy District and not a far ride from Metro's Park and Ride to Downtown and back. We are directly next to Cullen Park that has an amazing walking/running trail that tenants have access to through gates. The office staff does many Tenant Activities to keep open communication and feedback from their tenants at the top of their lists. They seemed to remember all of their tenants first and last names. Maintenance is on point when it comes to fixing things with only being a three man crew. Monthly newsletters let tenants know that whats happening and any reminders that need to be addressed.
Decent apartment overall and staff but a bit pricy for the small size and single car garage... Not really getting the bang for the buck... seems more like just paying for the area of location instead of a quality apartment, I have seen better for the rates... Nice Quiet well-kept community though...
I recently moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom here at Park Place because I was so happy after more than two years of living in the larger unit. Although I have noisy neighbors and can't park where I like to anymore (new neighbors, etc). I could not be happier. A smaller complex that takes the time to ensure all of their residents are happy is exactly what suits me. I don't have the same complaints I've heard form my friends who detest apartment living.
