This apartment complex management is incompetent at best. Their work is to make tenants happy, instead they make tenants' lives complicated. I have submitted a maintenance request to fix blinds in my apartment two months ago, and guess what nothing has been done. Maybe it is ok to live without blinds in some states, but we are in Arizona where we have sunny days pretty much every single day!!!! Management does not bother themselves to provide any updates on when my request would be completed. When I went to the office, they told that they ordered replacement parts and are waiting for them. Did they order them from another planet? Even my orders from China arrive within one week! If you think that this is the only occurrence, NO! It took them one month to fix my microwave. It took them over 2 months to fix mosquito screen! It took them over 6 months to fix hot tub.

I am very frustrated with the unacceptable delay in maintenance requests it takes for the management to take action to fix certain malfunctioning in our apartment. It's been 2 months since I sent the request to fix our blinds as the roll got broken and it was not pulling the blinds up and down. EVERY single day I had to do it manually (rolling down was OK but rolling upward was quite an ordeal as I had to line it and push it with force while standing on an armchair..). It's a sunny side of the building we live in - so imagine the heat and sun beaming directly from 7am to noon had it happened in summer hot season...it's been two months and is still counting.. I addressed it multiple times to the lease office/management and was told that the parts have been ordered and it's pending. I was told that I would be kept update however I have not received a single email/phone call in 2 months. Last time I checked (Fri, Feb 24th) they said "it's still on the maintenance request and pending - there is nothing they can do about it. One day the blinds completely came off and fell down - I have an infant and cannot even imagine what could have happened had she crawled under it when it happened. It was hazardous event. I brought it up in the email to the manager but EVEN then did not receive ANY response to somehow fix it temporarily until the appropriate parts are delivered. The lights outside are so bright - it's hard to sleep.. I am very disappointed to say the least not only with the delay in maintenance requests but lack of communication with the management.
We moved in September and it’s now the end of November. I love the apartment itself and for the most part the place is clean but there are some issues. When we first moved in they almost never closed the gate until cars started being broken into. Apparently there’s almost no maintenance staff so the things we wanted done when we first moved in haven’t even been followed up on in over two months. The experience paying rent on the app is great and overall the place is pretty good. There are definitely things this place needs to work on if they want to charge so much but not deliver on the service.

It’s a nice place to live but when we moved in there was mold in the dryer the curtains were dirty with stains and there were a few stains on the carpet and the shower was dirty as well. We’ve messaged about these things and the only thing to be fixed was the mold in the dryer after we called multiple times about it. So even after living there for three months the other things still haven’t been addressed. So while the apartment is nice there are a lot of things that seem to not be addressed.

We love living here! I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes across the country and this particular community stands out among the rest. Oftentimes the quality of a community really comes down to the people behind it. That said, the office and maintenance staff here are amazing! I’ve never had anything but positive experiences in all of my interactions with everyone and any needs or concerns are promptly addressed. The community itself is always well kept, clean, and secure. I highly recommend looking into a 4th/top floor unit as they include 18 foot ceilings which really open up your space.

Within a month of moving in we had a cockroach infestation. Pest control was no help so we had to take matters into our own hands and spent hundreds on sprays. Then I lost my fob and remote. My fault, I know. Most of the girls in the office are lovely, but I was treated horribly by the manager when I had issues with my payment (for some reason it was linked to my roommates account so I was unable to pay for the fob through my account). And she refused to give me the fob and offered zero solutions. I'm a stellar resident that always pays on time but I ended up leaving the office in tears. Absolutely cannot wait until my lease ends.

Love this community. Staff is amazing. Nice modern apartments. Great customer service. Highly recommend living here.
All complexes will have pros an cons. For a newer complex its frustrating how things seem to break often and some of the hallways aren't well maintained, and visitor parking is a pain, but the office managers are nice and they address service request quickly. Great area near the 10, 60 and 202.
I?m enjoying my time here. The apartment is great and I?ve had quick responses every time I put in a maintenance request. I typically have good interactions with the lease office as well. I only have two issues. The first is Parcel Pending. I understand the apartment does not want any liability for packages and that it?s cheaper to contract this function to a company that provides an unmanned locker service. However, I have lost a very expensive package from gaps in this system. Also, there was recently a breakdown in our Parcel Pending locker area. The lease office was sympathetic but quick to say there was nothing they could do until Parcel Pending fixed the system. Any requests to extend the pickup period to avoid fines would also have to be made directly to Parcel Pending. While these responses are fine in the legal sense, they don?t make the apartment appear impressive when you look at the whole picture. Plenty of apartments at competing rates will offer the most basic, essential feature of frustration free package reception. I will add that most of the time, I don?t have issues with Parcel Pending, but whenever something goes wrong, the situation turns into a huge mess where no one takes responsibility for your lost package or all the time you wasted trying to work with them to figure out what happened. The second issue I have is the lack of recycling. I?d like to see the apartment complex push for this, but this is more of a recommendation than a complaint, since I?m sure there?s a lot of cost involved to do this.

When I moved here nine months ago it was clean nothing on patios and balcony?s now if you drive there?s crap on peoples balcony?s as well as people standing outside smoking. It?s definitely sad to see this had been allowed to happen.

After they switched management it has been just godawful. First it was a good clean quite and well kept community. Now it's just full of inconsiderate college kids who have no respect for other peoples belongings. Not to say all of the residence there are bad. I have made great friends there. Just last month my wife's car was vandalized, filed a police report reached out to the complex to their reply " sorry there isn't anything we can do". This passed weekend my car was vandalized in the same manor as my wife's. Not to say it's just our cars but there are quite a few others that have the same. I go to the office with the officer and all they say sorry you can not break your lease or do anything we can not help you. I fear for my wife to the point if someone would harm her. I will be taking legal action against this complex, for any others who have had the same issues please reach out to me. It will make for a stronger case against the. As for future residence I advise you to go else where, for what you pay here the service sucks, the interior of the so called "luxury" sucks. The complex is a dang mess all the time. The gym is so small I cant even get a work out done properly. Just a awful place, please consider other places unless this is your last last last very last option. Thank you.

I am so happy there is a contest for rent hope I become a winner I just moved into this new complex never lived in anything new in all my 50yrs of life,,but I am so happy it's a real nice complex they are still building them I am in one of the 1st bldgs.that was complete,there are 4 floors but I live on the 3rd fl because I didn't think I could afford a 4th fl.which are really nice they have,16ft ceilings..also they have a gorgeous pool view unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy it think it was a extra 25,faulkner is their designer and the décor is awesome I asked them to hold a contest lol,i have a 12month lease been a lil difficult for me sometimes I go without eating..to remain here..but there is cool group of staff members...
