The office staff are always very friendly but are very robotic. Whenever Ive had a question or concern that they respond like a robot. I own and operate a hospitality company with extensive experience from over 25+ years. This property and management company is strictly a place where they only care about how much they can make from the unit and you. The office staff are never on your side and based on my interaction so far, its very clear and evident they have been strictly instructed to do the bare minimum to increase the bottom line. If you have experience in managing a staff at any company or have experience with speaking with management, you know what a rhetoric response sounds like versus an articulate answer. Any concerns I bring up, I am talked down too as if I am 5 years old and supposed to accept the answer given. This property management company is one of the best of the best class act ran location. I am disgusted. I also have few outstanding items that was supposed to be addressed and its now been over 2 weeks.

We moved into our new apartment just a short time ago and we have been very impressed with the whole management and maintenance team. Our apartment is very well maintained and the few minor issues we had were addressed almost immediately. The grounds/pool are meticulously kept! Amazing customer service I love it there just moved in a little over a week ago maintenance staff is on point they get thereafter a timely manner the grounds are kept amazingly clean beautiful pool area and a pretty big dog park if your looking for a new place to live I highly recommend Haven at Blanco

Everyone has been super friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt.
This apartment complex has been nothing short than amazing. Maintenance is incredible. The front office is attentive. The apartments are beautiful with a great lay out. The school district is top notch. Their work out rooms is a 10. The pool is large and always clean. I have loved every minute of living here. I will be signing another lease with them. Totaling four years here. It has become our home.
My living experience has been great living at The Haven at Blanco. The only trouble I have is finding a parking close to my apartment. I ended up purchasing my own personal spot but often have trouble with people parking in that spot. It can be really upsetting when it happens. The staff overall is great but just needs to make everyone understand the parking conditions. I plan on getting my own house here soon because us it is far better to own then to rent. I will say that the Haven at Blanco is a great place to live overall for those who don?t wish to own.
Been here 9 years. One of the first residents. Very pleasant and responsive staff. Only issues are with some residents not taking care of their area and the yearly bird nesting in the hallways that leave their drippings everywhere.
PARKING SUCKS! Main reason why I am leaving after my lease and we?ve been here for 3 years!
I have been a Resident at Haven For 5 years. The only time I've ever had a problem is during the summer with residents at pool. Our present manager has done a wonderful job In addressing this problem. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. The real problem is renovating the pool area. The furniture and barbecue pits are in terrible condition.
I have been living here for a year and a half. The staff is nice and friendly. Anytime I have had an issue they work it as soon as possible. The community is clean and quiet. Apartments are very nice
I?ve lived here for 3 years, the office staff is always pleasant to me, maintenance is always on time and efficient. Neighbors are oftentimes quiet and courteous. Grounds a kept clean. The only drawback sometimes is that the gate is always broken out front so sometimes your vehicles are not safe.

The office staff are always very friendly but whenever I’ve had a question or concern that deviates from the book they have to talk to corporate, and they are never on your side. I moved here for a year and a half with my wife and I thought that since we lived here a year when we had to renew for six more months they would give us a deal but rent went up to 150% of what it was originally. They acted like we just moved in for six months instead of 18. I needed to fix my car and wanted to rent a garage for a short period of time and corporate won’t let you. You have to rent a garage for the whole lease period. Just a lot of things like that. Not a company to treat you like people, just a source of revenue for them.
I moved here from Bella Madera which was a bad choice. Since the day I moved here I have enjoyed peaceful rest at night. It is very quiet. People mind their business. The management seems to selective with tenants. Very clean. Very courteous and professional leasing staff. I am glad Alex was my leasing agent. He made sure the apt was very clean and all appliances in great condition. He had the carpet and dish washer changed. W/D New and new carpet. He even changed the lock. He is very conscientious and decent man. I am very grateful that I moved here. I wish I had seen this complex in 2014. I WILL SETTLE HERE. I ALREADY FEEL IT IS MY HOME. IT IS SAFE TO LIVE HERE. THE GROUNDS ARE CLEAN. GREAT MAINTENANCE CREW.

I've been here and have complained about noisy neighbors, much needed repairs, loud music and nothing is ever done. The review below is right, the office staff/manager put on their fake smiles and cordial attitude in the beginning, but after that they could care less in trying to help with any concerns or complaints. The trash service comes late at night stomping up and down the stairs, sometimes forgets to take your trash...and this is a paid service. The 4th time I complained about loud neighbors the guy who was in the office put on this pissy attitude and said they really couldn't do anything about it. Before we moved in the carpet obviously had dirty stains on it, we asked if the carpet would be replaced, we were told no cause it just been cleaned. Funny, cause when I'm driving to work I see the guys installing new carpet for new renters.

1.I've lived here for 3 yrs and EVERY single yr, my rent goes up...alot. I was not prepared to move (60 day notice, and I was notified of rent increase about 2 wks before my lease was up). I will NOT being renewing next yr. 2. The dog stations are all over the apt complex, and every single wk finds them with no baggies and filled to the brim. 3.Owners are supposed to pick up dog waste,but not every one does. Smokers are supposed to pick up cigarette butts, but no one does. It becomes an obstacle course trying to avoid stepping into poop and making sure ur dog/child doesn't pick up any butts.

I have lived at Haven at Blanco for 10 months. By far, it has been the worst experience that I have ever had with any apartment community or property manager. Many of the reviews on this site reference how friendly and inviting the staff is. I will admit they do "SEEM" very friendly and inviting, but so does a used car salesman that's trying to sell you a lemon. All of the staff have a misguided moral compass and lack of integrity. They always act very friendly around the community, until you have a problem or maintenance issue. Then, all of sudden, they're not held liable for your situation or they will lie to you with a friendly, exuberant smile on their face. There is an extremely high crime rate in this apartment community consisting of stolen vehicles, cars being broken into, and wheels being stolen with the vehicles left on blocks. All of this was happening with an inoperable "controlled access" gate. It breaks repetitively and takes the staff forever to fix. They'll tell you that your lease states that they are not held liable for it. But, if crime is happening in an apartment community and they can mitigate and/or prevent it, they can be held liable for your personal damages in court. If you are thinking about signing a lease in this apartment community, do yourself a favor. When they are driving you around on their golf cart, waving at everyone and putting on their fake smiles, kindly ask them to stop the cart, so that you can ask current residents what their experience has been like living in this apartment community. I guarantee that you will change your mind.

Best choice me and my husband have made... When we had first applied for the approval Jennifer was our consultant she was a great person gave us plenty of advice consulted us well on the complex, and to top it off she even lived here it was a plus for us we knew they had to be good. Also the best thing besides how beautiful the apartments are inside, is there is no breed restrictions like all the others. Made it easier for us since we have an American Bully. I haven't had any issues so far living here there are so many amenities you don't even need to leave the complex for unless grocery shopping. The gym is great, the playground my son loves, and the dog park is perfect for our furry friend! Everyone in the complex is friendly and easy going i would definitely recommend living here its just to perfect. I wouldn't judge on others bad comments see for yourself i promise you wont be disappointed.

The office staff is rude, and they will give you different answers for the same question. The apartments are full of spiders and ants. The walls are so thin that you can smell weed smoke from your neighbors through the walls. You pay $5/mo for pest control but requests always go ignored. The one bedroom is too pricy for the size. They are only charging you so much because they are on the BACK END of Stone Oak. A last minute resort due to the location of my job. You are one block from the hood...keep driving up Blanco towards 410 and you will see. Btw, the previous reviews were obviously written by the staff.
Great value for all the amenities. Staff is nice and they help you quickly. Huge bathrooms and large living room spaces. I'm very happy I choose The Haven.
The Haven Apartments is a lovely complex that has a great location. It is convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff is friendly & professional.You will.love it here!
I've lived here for about 5 months and I must say that I love it here. It is hard to find a place that will allow me to have my pit bull and offer top notch amenities. While things aren't perfect here it is by far one of the best dog friendly apartments in the area. The dog park, resort style pool and the soon to be completed cross fit park are all luxuries that you will be hard pressed to find within the loop considering the price. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon and I highly recommend this place for anyone with an "aggressive" dog breed.
