I love these apartments… great management, outside facilities kept up well, washer/dryer in each unit, maintenance is very quick to handle requests, walls are soundproof (I never hear my neighbors), updated, spacious. People complain about parking, but I personally park on the street every night and am always able to find a good spot!!

Although this is a great place to live in every other way, parking will quickly become the most frustrating issue for you and your guests. If guests park inside the gate they get towed. The limited parallel parking in between the properties is the only space for guests and it is always full. The businesses around the property have begun towing overnight parked cars. If you get home after 6pm finding general resident parking inside the gates is impossible. As a resident, I've had to park outside risking getting towed, and with how high the rent is that's not what I expected or imagined.

I literally never write reviews but I'm so irked that here I am. I'll start by saying the amenities are very nice but unfortunately that is where my praise ends. The leasing office is very overbearing. I'm a travel nurse and I have a garage in one of the buildings and even after notifying them that I was out of town and had been for 3 months they continue to harass me about complaints that they say we're coming in about my garage. Which is actually literally impossible because no one had been in my garage or apartment for three whole months. It has been a very nerve-wracking stay thinking that I'm going to get in trouble for doing things that I'm not even doing. Meanwhile back when I was there, the people who live above me get to constantly stomp around at early hours of the morning with seemingly no consequence. They need to stop chasing this mythical noise that's coming from my empty garage and actually attend to the issues in the apartment building. These people are very frustrating. Also my dryer was broken and it took them 2 and a half weeks to replace it. I'm a nurse I need to wash scrubs. Not a nice place. Dog parks are all mud.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. The location is amazing! Everything else is absolutely terrible. There is trash everywhere and the valet trash service does not pick up when they’re supposed to so there are bugs in the halls. The office has high turnover so you never get a person that can help. The road noise from Coit is SO loud. There is absolutely zero parking so you have to pay the $150 a month to get a garage if you come home after 5pm and want a place to park. Overall would not recommend and am moving out.

I really will I could give them no stars! I am a current resident of this apartment, been here for just a little over a year. (Only reason I renewed my lease because I had a death in the family around the time our lease ended and didn’t have the time to look around for new apartments) It is currently 3:46 am and the temp in the house in 81 degrees!! Is the the first time this has happened? NOPE! I haven’t had a good night sleep at these stupid apartments! They have come up to try to fix over 10 times! Sometimes they bring this huge portable ac to be kept only in the bedroom! This thing is huge and take over so much space in our tiny apartments! The buildings are super gross! The lights in parking lot are so bright that no blinds can keep them out! I have work at 7 am and I’m sitting/sweating here at 4 in the morning!

I do not recommend living here at all!! If I could give it lower than one star I would. The front gate is always open at all times of the day & night! Anyone from anywhere can come in, everyday I see different cars taking up all the parking spots. The leasing office is very rude and disrespectful! Don’t call because they will never answer any phone calls. I walk my dog all the time and when I walk pst the leasing office I always hear people screaming and arguing with the leasing office. Stil with all that I was ok, I was fine with living here. What sent me over the edge and finally made me come write a review and let people know how bad it is here is when I got home from world and noticed someoneonebhad been in here. I see a note stating that they had came in to do repairs when I never once called for anything. I did not need repairs, and without any notice whatsoever decided to come into my apartment, I have a small dog who poor thing must have been terrified seeing a stranger come in unannounced come in to our apartment. I am still in shock this happened and cannot believe it. I have never in my life wrote a review much less a bad review for anything or anyone but I had to for this one. Just ridiculous!!! I hve never experienced anything like this before.. stay away from this place.
I lived here for a year, always paid on time and was never a problem tenant. For most of my lease, I enjoyed living here. However, on my move-out day, the elevator was broken (I lived on the 3rd floor) so it took me twice as long to move out. Given that I had to make several trips, I left some of my belongings and trash in the hall while I took a load of my things to my new apartment. I came back after less than an hour to a $250 "garbage violation". When I explained the situation to management they were rude and refused to reason with me. I wouldn't recommend living here because if you decide to move-out, they are going to find any reason to rip you off.

This place is terrible for multiple reasons. If you have a pet BEWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR YOUR PUP/Kitty!!!!!!!!! This place makes the mistake of leaving the lights on in all of their vacant apartments. Lets just say that there are more "lights on" than not. I have went out of my way to ask multiple people how they like living at Cityscape. I would say I am about 0-20 on finding a person who truly likes living here. I work close to Cityscape, so it made sense. Little did I know it would be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Seriously.....Cityscape should coin the motto "Nike's evil twin....just DON'T do it." Don't...don't be dumb, don't be an idiot, google the next closest place. You know when you move in to a place, you can expect to have it clean, or at least somewhat clean. This place was disgusting when I moved in. There was cobwebs in every corner that have obviously been there for a long time (I wish I could post pics). The floors were disgusting, and the carpet had a "crunch" to it when I walked on it barefoot. to skip to if you didn't want to read through my novel of why this place is so awful. I am on the verge of tears just writing this part. I will be honest with you and not fully pass the blame onto Cityscape, as I signed up for it. It is my fault for not being fully aware. This place does not require their animals to be vaccinated. They don't require you to provide records, and to be honest, so many people I have talked to have animals that this place doesn't even know about. This place has a dog park....cool, right? Wrong. It is a breeding ground for disease and pet owners that don't believe in vaccinations. I had a one-year-old pup. Then he was taken from me. I will never forgive myself for it. Because Cityscape is one of the only apartments that doesn't require animals to be vaccinated, he contracted a virus at the dog park and was dead in 3 days. So I know he picked it up from this place because I never took him anywhere else because he could not be out in the heat for long. I could continue my rant, but it’s hard for me to even talk about it. If you care about your animal at all..find another place to live, a place where it will be safe. I had to cut out so much more of this review cuz it was too long.

Tenant for the next 10 months and have already encountered a bed bug problem within 2 weeks. Reported to the front desk staff and was brushed off and told to wait for a week. Come next week the inspector says the infestation is my fault and that I may have to pay for the extermination fee even though I have never encountered bed bugs before and I still have to wait another week for the actual extermination to happen. I have spent more time sleeping in my living room on an air mattress than sleep in my own room. Couple that with the fact that my air conditioner broke one night so I had to sleep on an air mattress covered in bed bug bites in an 85 degree apartment. The only saving grace was the maintenance staff who responded immediately to the service request online and came to fix the AC the next morning. Don't even try to bother with the front desk staff.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in! To start with the walls are super thin, I can hear the lady upstairs walk in shoes all day and even hear her vacuum , which is so annoying. Fire alarms aren't functioning well and go on during the night , this is happened multiple times! The worst doesn't end here.. We had to pay extra for the covered parking due to parking issues in the apartment but random people can park in these so called 'Reserved' areas and can get away without a warning or towing. So you pay for covered parking (and get fancy numbers and stickers) , and end up parking in the Walmart right across the street! I cant wait to move out of this money sucking complex!

This is the perfect place if you are just starting out on your own. The apartment is cozy and I LOVE the kitchen! The best part is that there are elevators for easy moving or just bringing up groceries! The staff is amazing and always helpful. And if you're a pet owner, there is lots of space to walk your pet and a huge dog park! Conveniently located around shopping centers, and great dining and just minutes away from Northpark mall and easy access to PGBT, DNT, and I-635!

Best office staff they are always very helpful when you do have a problem, and the work orders are always completed next business day. The landscaping is very kept and always has fresh blooming flowers. Next to central Market which is super convenient and delicious. The pool has wonderful furniture but the pool could definitely be a little more luxurious for the price. The fixtures in the apartments are very nice and all the appliances work really well.
