Novel Midtown is an amazing community with top notch amenities and beautiful interior design. The staff is very friendly and responsive which made for a very positive move in experience. I love that I cant hear my next door neighbors. However, I do hear minor footsteps from above my unit. Overall, I feel safe and at home here. I look forward to living here for the next 16 months!

This is a great place to live. I moved to Phoenix without seeing the complex and I was taken back by how amazing it was. Very well taken care of. The management is very helpful. The amount of how safe you feel in the complex is great.

Tiles are popping after 2 months, 3 gas leaks in a month, 4 maintenance requests in a month with 2 still not finished after 30 days. If you want to pay a premium for a sub-par building this is the home for you.

Its in a very convenient location, where its quiet but still not from where you may need to go. This was the easiest application/ move in process Ive ever been through and all questions get answered pretty fast.

Living at Novel is nothing short of amazing. From the time I toured to the time I got my keys I knew I made the best decision ever. The staff is genuinely kind, always prepared to assist and rectify any issues (there arent really any), my neighbors are friendly and respectful, this location is so amazing, and my apartment is the talk of my friend group! They are still floored by our amenities and aesthetic!
