I’ve been at The Paddock Club for a year now and I have really enjoyed my experience. I’m walking distance from all the shopping and dining Providence has to offer, the office staff is always very sweet and know how to give you a good laugh! Anytime I’ve submitted a work order, it has always gotten completed in a timely manner. Oh and to mention they don’t have pet breed restrictions! I loved having my German Shepherd here. I highly recommend!

I've lived here for almost 3 years. I've renewed my lease twice and every time they go up more without offering any updates. The only thing they ever offer is a free carpet cleaning. Maintenance always leaves a mess and once they left my door unlocked for 3 hours before I got home. Nothing was done to reconcile this. My apartment has had black mold show up in the vents a few times and every time they paint over it saying they "kill it" but don't treat the ventilation system. They put a new roof on after I had a leak come through my ceiling but it continued to leak and caused two stains on my ceiling. I reported it but they did not paint the stains for MONTHS. I referred a friend but was told I could not get the incentive because she "inquired online first". There is no incentive for renewing a lease and they do not offer longer lease terms than 12 months. The carpet and laminate flooring is cheap and wears quickly. The cabinets have cheap covering that keeps peeling off. The only thing good about these apartments is the location of being in Providence, close to entertainment and Research Park Blvd.

This place is absolutely disgusting that is why it is so cheap. If you want to live with mold in the showers in the walls, a trash compactor that is always full with trash everywhere all over the sidewalk overflowing from the compactor, if you want your electricity bill to be through the roof because the Apartment complex labeled someone else’s meter with your apartment number and they do not apologize or offer to pay you back, and if you want maintenance to be absolutely horrible like they hired someone off the streets, and this is the apartment for you.

I hate to leave a bad review because this place was great when we first moved in almost 3 years ago, but then it went completely down hill. Not only was the gate always broken, they stopped caring about fixing it! Even after multiple break ins, they still didn't care to get the gate fixed! I think the gate worked for only 1/2 a year total of us living there! About 5 cars can easily follow in behind you after the first person swipes their gate card. The price they also give you for rent? Add about another $100 or more to it. So many hidden fees and you get fined for little things as well! They overcharge for the space you get. The cabinets are old with some type of overlay that eventually starts peeling off. The only good thing about this place was that the staff were extremely nice and also being close to places to eat and drink! Another thing we hated was how they did the water bill! We do not use that much water on our own. They should bill everyone out individually based on their own water supply within their unit. I hope this place gets better, but I don't see how it can.

RENTER BEWARE: This place has gained a history of break-ins over the past year. They DO NOT care about tenant safety and cut corners whenever they can to make a buck. Maintenance schedules are a joke and the management will and has lied straight to my face about items concerning my safety in my apartment. If I could give it Zero Stars I would. Go somewhere else and always make sure to ask questions about the safety of the place. Ask tenants that live there. My Entire Building will be leaving at the end of our leases unless they change their attitudes.

I have been living in Paddock Club for almost 2 years abd I have enjoyed every moment. The management here is awesome. They are always professional and if there areally any issues they are resolved in a timely manner. I have the best neighbors. Everyone is quite friendly. The Paddock club is located in the heart of Providence. We are surrounded by the best schools and most importantly the best restaurants which happen to be in walking distance. You can't go wrong residing here in the Paddock Club...."the place to be"

I really enjoy living at my apartment complex. I have been there for 3 years. The landscaping is very beautiful and the amenities are awesome. I would suggest anyone to come stay out here. If you ever want to get a feel of what Billy Rae Cirus was talking about when he said Sweet Home Alabama, then you need to stop by and check them out !!!!
I really like living at the Paddock Club. When something needs to be repaired all you have to do is go online ond leave a service request. And being a single, divorced female iit's nice to have repairs taken care of, of course for free. Even for minor repairs- I couldn't get the screw off to replace the air filter. I told a maintenance man and he advised putting in a service request for it!
I am from Massachusetts and moved to Alabama 4 years ago. I moved into The Paddock Club in May of this year I love it. It reminds me of home so much. I love the foliage and the pools. The gates may not always work but the neighborhood is safe enough that it doesn't even matter. I just had a work order put in and it was handled in a timely fashion and the maintenance guy was super nice. I am very happy to be here and I have been trying to get all of my friends to move into the complex when their leases run up! Who can beat free tanning and a gym?! Although I don't tan. A free car wash?! Yes please. And the playground is very close to my unit. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live. Providence is only a 2 minute walk so you have everything you need. On top of only having to drive 4 minutes to go grocery shopping at either Traget, Walmart, Earth Fare, or Kroger!!
Great apartment complex in Providence area; close to bike path and walking distance to restaurants. Easy commute for those who work in Research Park and Redstone Arsenal (6 miles away, practically a straight shot). Apartments are well maintained and all have screened in porches, which I love. The complex has two pools that are always clean and never overcrowded. Overall the complex is quiet.
Providence is like a little town all inside a tiny area. The apartments are ducked away among trees and beautiful flowers. The pool has a waterfall, and there's always a place to park. (:
