Property Ratings at MAA Town Center
My experience at this property over the past 14 months has been highly disappointing. Upon moving into my room, it was clear that the leasing office was not prepared. I found food in the dishwasher, noticeable wear and tear on the cupboards, and scratches on the stovetop. I reported these issues by sending pictures to the leasing office, on the overall condition of the apartment not being acceptable. The most significant issue during my first week was the lack of water for two weeks. The water pressure was so low that I couldn’t shower if I was using the washing machine or dishwasher. However, the most frustrating problem was with the air conditioning. The A/C unit consistently failed to maintain a temperature 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, which is the standard expectation for air conditioning. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the problem persisted for months. I specifically recommend avoiding Room 1304, as the air conditioning issues were never really resolved despite numerous repairs. I reached out to ask if the property management could reach out to me, but unfortunately, they only responded a couple of weeks ago—by which time I had already signed a lease for another apartment and two weeks before my move. This lack of timely communication made me feel as though tenants are seen more as a source of revenue rather than valued residents. To add to the frustration, I was nearly charged a $15 fee for leaving behind a water bottle and grocery bags when I moved out. The management's attempt to make amends for my experience was a $5 reduction in my express cleaning fee, which felt inadequate given the prolonged issues with the air conditioning. Additionally, it’s worth noting that there appears to be a high turnover rate among the leasing office staff, making it difficult to establish consistent communication. In summary, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The condition of the building is deteriorating, and the management does not seem to prioritize tenant satisfaction.

Cool place, quiet. Up the street from town center mall. Coach, banana Republic outlet. University of Florida is around the corner.... Gym is nice, but no speakers allowed. Parking is dense, lots of ppl live here. Water have been pretty cheap. Electric is like 70 bucks a month. Traffic is steady, it is right off of Southside Dr., school traffic is about as normal. Walmart is 10 min away. Door in the living room space are amazing. I like letting a little air in freshens up the space. Great for pets. May need a little more guard for smaller pets. Cable ready... no seperate ethernet network. Lots of ppl have pets here. LOTS. Rooms are a bit cooler in the winter, will beed to turn up the heat

Hi, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Atlantic Crossing. If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!
I recently moved in and have loved it since day one! The office staff was great and helped me through the whole process! The grounds are always kept up and maintenance has been friendly when I see them out on property! I would recommend Atlantic Crossing to my family and friends!
Love the apartment but wait till your lease is up... very common to see an increase of $100.00 or more, However they will rent to a new tenant at a lower cost. All they say is it's "the fair housing law". You can get the lower rent only if you move to another apartment.... CRAZY! They call this luxury.... what a joke, the master bath is amazing, everything else is builder grade, cherry laminate cabinets, laminate counter tops and bottom of the line black appliances. Also... the in an infestation a feral cats and they say they can't do anything about it. The issue is out of control. Think twice before moving here.

Have been there a year , poor management, German roach problem , slow maintenance service. Only one way to pay rent and that's online , if your bank don't release funds on time even though you have proof, they don't care and charge you over $100 in lTe fees and return funds fee.

I strongly recommend Atlantic Crossings to anyone whose looking for a place to call home. It's quite and safe. The apartments are huge. It's a safe place to live. The business center and the gym is open 24 hours. There's two grills that residents can use at their convenience (which I've used myself several times). The pool is amazing and well placed. The staff is very professional and courteous. Atlantic Crossing overall is a great place for someone to call home. Thanks.

Thank you so much for the great review! We appreciate your feedback and we are thrilled that you chose to make Atlantic Crossing your home.
I looked at a lot of apartments when moving to Jacksonville. I have expensive taste and look for the best quality I can get for a good price. Pros: affordable rent, awesome community features (pool, outdoor hangout space, fire pit, grills, fitness center, business center, dog park, car wash port.) Maintenance quickly responds to requests. Interior provides large square footage, tall ceilings, massive master bathroom, walk-in closets, and great layout! Cons: thin floors/ceilings allow you to hear more from your neighbors than you like. Thankfully my heavy footed upstairs neighbors have moved out and the new ones aren't too noticeable. The view from my apartment is of the parking lot but it doesn't bother me.

These apartments were built to make you think you live in thecity, buildings that are named after Greenwich village and all the other parts of New York city, but they are located in the nicest part of Jacksonville. Plenty of upscale shopping and restaurants that are not even two miles away. A great pool, bbq pit and pavilionjust outside of the 24 hour gym and coffee shop like clubhouse. This is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Track lighting in the kitchen, full laundry room and huge closets and bathrooms in each bedroom. The rent is great for what you get and the only thing that beats that are the people who work here.

These apartments are some of the biggest on the Southside, and for the price, they can't be beat. I love being minutes from Starbucks, St. Johns Town Center, and a movie theater. I'm also across the street for work, so this neighborhood is great for Florida Blue and Merrill Lynch employees. Third floor apartments come with 13ft ceilings and tons of natural sunlight! The neighborhood is dog friendly and many residents have dogs. The only downside is that the ceilings/floors are thin, so if you live on the first or second floor, your neighbors will more than likely seem unintentionally loud. I've been here 3 years and overall I am very satisfied.
