These apartments are old and need to be fully upgraded! The street almost always floods when it rains, they MAKE you get spectrum for internet/cable services, the a/c units constantly leak over the tub, BUGS AND FLIES ARE HORRIBLE. Put a work order in, it’s halfway done or not at all.

I just left the leasing office and the staff was very rude. I am very keen on customer service and even if you're with someone you at least acknowledge your new customer when they walk in. The lady didn't even try and make eye contact with me or even greet me. Very disappointed I was looking forward to viewing the property for a new place to call home.

Green Tree Place has done an amazing job in making this feel like home. I don't even refer to my place as an apartment when speaking about it to friends I call it my house. They are quick to address any maintenence calls, pest control comes by in a timely manner, the office answers any questions you may have or call back really quick. The office hosts events, and they take the time to email rent reminders and individually send your monthly statement. Overall it's quiet, everyone respects your privacy, and everyone is helpful and friendly as well. I love living here.

Living at Green Tree Place has been very satisfactory. Multi-residence living is never 100% and for the most part neighbors are responsible. Some are not good at picking up their large dog's poop.

My apartment home is cozy and quiet from the other residents. The lighted walk way thru the apartment with my dog is safe and reminds me of a mini resort with the beautiful pool area.
Current management is doing well. Nice to see owners are working on flooding issues.
It's very much so a pleasant experience. Neighbors are friendly but mindful of their own business. The area is quiet (no loud kids or pets despite there being many present) Front staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance Men are quick to answer requests and good.
Friendly, clean and quiet. Green Tree Place is managed by staff who truly care for their residents and take pride in their work.

My family and I moved here about 6 months ago, and we love it here. It's in close proximity to The Woodlands Mall, Market Street and lots of other restaurants and shopping without The Woodlands price tag. The staff is very nice and helpful and maintenance is quick. Very quiet, nice neighbors. Overall very good experience thus far.

this is a nice place to live, it is clean the staff is very helpful, they have done a lot of work to the apartment complex rent is affortable , the area of spring texas is growing, new freeway system,stores, jobs,i like it here, there is a lot to see and things to do in this area.
Best things about these apartments are that they are not too costly and they are in a decent area. Staff is courteous but the apartments definitely have a lot of wear and tear to them.
