Trinity Park is defined by fun -- this is the location of the PNC Arena, the Carter-Finley Stadium, and the NC State Fair. It is also home to the Centennial Biomedical Campus, the JC Raulston Arboretum, and the J.S. Dorton Arena. Trinity Park is one of Raleigh's most vibrant neighborhoods, located roughly five miles northwest of Downtown Raleigh.
Sports fans appreciate having the PNC Arena in the neighborhood -- and so do concert-goers. The PNC Arena is home to the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State Wolfpack basketball team, but it also hosts special events, live music, and special performances. College football fans can head to Carter-Finley Stadium to cheer on the Wolfpack football team. The State Fair, held in the fall, features special events, live shows and music, and rides and games.

Property Ratings at MAA Wade Park
I have been a resident for about two years now and had a great experience. Fedex was unwilling to deliver my package (a very very heavy package might I add) to the front door recently, and maintenance was so kind enough to bring it all the way too me since I wasn’t able to carry it on my own. It just goes to show how much they truly care about their residents and I know I am very grateful!

We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
At MAA at Wade you can expect drug use, poor parking, dog poop everywhere, packages missing or stolen, gates working less than half of the time, trash in the hallways, and unbelievable rent increases. Luxurious, right?

Upon signing my lease I was very excited to move in. The management had portrayed the complex to be high end and that they provided excellent service. However, on day one, I knew they were lying. First. The garbage is no where near the majority of the apartments and there is only one in my phase, so each time I had to take the trash out I had to put it in my car or walk 5 minutes. Second my ceiling started to leak, and when maintenance came all they did was repaint the leaking area. Third, 90% of the leasing agents are incompetent and lack key communication skills. The lease statement requires the leaser to notify the complex 60 days in advance of the move out date stated in said lease. Throughout the second half of my lease, I received daily emails about renewing my lease. However, exactly 30 days after I was supposed to notify them I received an email about needing to provide written notification. I accept my mistake in not properly reading that section of the lease. As a result I had to pay a month to month rate of $2000 for an additional month. This complex or company aims to take as much money from you as possible. After expressing my inability to pay that rate, I was met with no compromise, although I later found out that the company had be doing rent payment plans during the pandemic- that would have helped me tremendously. This payment plan option was only offered to me after calling the leasing office three times and sending an email to which the manager called me and was EXTREMELY RUDE. As I mentioned before this complex looks to you to pay for things that are their responsibility. The move out list is riddled with ridiculous requirements such as having the apartment’a carpet professionally cleaned. This is something that could be covered by the property but instead they chose to pay for DAILY landscaping which is extremely noisy and always done in the very early mornings. Overall, in a majority of my commutations with the staff at the leasing office I found that most of them had no idea what they were talking about- information was always conflicting and the office manager was always extremely rude (which I’m sure is due to some underlying racism because I never witnessed her speak to other residents the way she spoke to me ) . Due to this experience I will NEVER live at another MAA property.

If I could give 0 stars to Post Parkside at Wade, I would. This apartment complex is unsanitary. I discovered a mouse trap behind my oven. I recently presented this to the leasing office and I was told "I apologize that there was a mouse trap behind your stove during the time of your lease. I can ensure you that we do walk all apartments before move ins and after move outs, however, sometimes items can be overlooked." I brought this to the maintenance staff and I was told by the maintenance team "just throw it away." They did not offer to come and clean it. The leasing office still insisted that I pay a final bill for a "carpet replacement," when I was told our carpet was replaced prior to us moving in. I asked for the bill to be waived due to unsanitary living conditions. I was told since what I owe is a separate issue, then I would have to pay. As expensive it is to live here, everyone should get respected customer service and A CLEAN APARTMENT.

We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Thank you for sharing.
The apartment itself is nice but that's about all. Management of the complex is incompetent. They are not helpful at all and refuse to listen to logic. Packages are stolen from the package room on a regular basis. Will take 3-4 requests for maintenance to actually fix anything. Supposed to be a "Gated" community but gates haven't worked for years. There is dog poop anywhere there is grass. Instead of working to fix these issues the complex is more concerned with people playing music at the pool. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. Prices are high and not worth it.

We take your time seriously so please allow us 48 business hours to respond to your inquiry. Thank you.
The apartments and facilities itself are beautiful and the location is great. But the management is absolutely awful. Management does not care about its tenants and communication amongst management is extremely poor. Well put in a work order for maintenance and will not hear back for days. And even then, once the work order is “complete” the issue persists. I wanted to live here again next year because I loved the location, but the management is so bad it outweighs the one positive. They don’t care about their tenants and their tone/attitude when speaking to tenants makes that even more obvious.

Post Parkside at Wade and their management company, Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA), operate in bad faith and do not value the well-being and safety of their residents. My partner and I moved into our unit at the end of July 2019. Since then, there have been numerous incidents that demonstrated MAA’s lack of concern about their residents’ safety and well-being

I was a tenant here for two years, and I feel as if I saw a drastic change from when I first signed my lease to when I moved out a few months ago. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear all of your neighbors and their respective noises. Also, it is quickly becoming college housing, and no one follows rules such as keeping your dogs on leashes and picking up after them, etc. (and I am a dog owner myself). The leasing staff was once pleasant but was incredibly rude and condescending by the time I moved out, so I couldn’t have been happier to leave. My advice is to explore other options in the Raleigh area and see what else is out there.

Thank you for reaching out. We want our residents to feel cared for and well-served by our team, so we are disappointed to hear your comments about interactions with our staff and upkeep around the community. We'd like the opportunity to discuss your experience in greater detail, so will you please call us in the office soon? We wish you all the best in your new home!
My living experience has been good. However, there could be some improvements. The pipes in the apartment should have been insulated so you don't hear everytime your neighbors flush the toilet, to prevent leaves and other deprise blowing into the hall on the ground/terrace floor the side of the building should not have been open bars, and there should be more Visitor Parking spots
Beautiful property, well maintained. Personable and responsive leasing staff. Maintenance is quick to address service requests and take care of issues promptly.
Great apartments. Noisy neighbors
Amazing along with the office staff.
Great location, good community events, fast maintenance. Only complaints about the space have been wifi issues and poor heat/AC circulation.
Horrible management, and even more horrible maintenance staff. Nothing in this place is ever working properly nor will you ever received anything you order online.
Property Manager at MAA Wade Park, Responded To This Review
Thanks for reviewing. We are concerned by your feedback, as we strive to provide our residents with quality service and amenities at all times. We'd like to do everything in our power to improve your experience, but we need more details about what exactly has gone wrong. Please stop by the leasing office when you get the chance!
Overall it has been great. The last few months though have had some issues with security, maintenance.
-Good, everyone very helpful! Only thing: I am not satisfied about the trash services. It is described in a misleading way before actually seeing property
Overall positive. Convenient and safe while we are building a home nearby.
I love living here, the atmosphere is great and the staff are fantastic
#NAME?
No issues I love the property the apartments are very up to date and nice.the office staff is always Willing to help.Would like to have a dog park for just small dogs.My little dog will no go inside after being pounced on by set of larger dogs.
I have mostly enjoyed my time at Post Pakeside at Wade. Our apartment is beautiful - I love the countertops, floors, etc. The layout is great and I have enjoyed living here for 3 years. However, there are a few issues. First, the parking lot gates have been broken for so incredibly long and even the gates on walkways are often broken. Part of the reason I wanted to live here was the gates and security. Additionally, there is SO much pet waste. I am a pet owner and trying to clean up after my dog requires me to literally step over and around so much other waste. It is disgusting. Dogs also transmit so much disease through their waste and I hate that my dog is around so much of it. My dog almost always steps on something just walking on the grass, which is disgusting. I would be in favor of dna testing the waste to get this to stop. It is not fair to those of us that are highly responsible pet owners.
The property is nice, the finishes inside the property are great. Tile back splash in kitchen, granite counter tops, an abundance of lighting. Convenient parking both by my apartment and also our parking deck. The downside is that there is a tremendous amount of dog poop all over the property. No residents pick up after their pets. The phase one dog park is constantly littered with dog feces. There needs to be someone to either pick up the pet waste throughout the day or there needs to be security cameras around the property so that the people that aren't picking up the pet waste can be caught/fined. Also, the security gates to the property break for months at a time. They have been broken for at least two months. It was a big draw for us to live in the community because of this, but they are open 24/7, There is really no secure access unless you are in one of the the phase 1 high rise buildings. Anyone can come in and out of here.
Very good. With the expansion of the new site, it is becoming very expensive. Also, the gym and facilities area would need to get renovated and more parking spaces available.
Post Parkside at Wade is a safe community. The community is centrally located and easy to get around. The landscaping is always well done and the maintenance staff is very accommodating and quick to respond. I have a lot of issues with the amenities. The fitness center in Phase 1 is not nearly up to standards. The machines are old, dirty and some barely work. The televisions never work and the treadmills feel like you are running up a hill the entire time. They need to be replaced. The security gates are a selling point for some people and the gates are never running properly. Currently they have been broken for over a month. I think that is completely unacceptable. I also think the communal package room is a complete disaster. Packages are left out there for anyone to take. The room is too small for all the packages that are being delivered and it's only organized 1x a day. My rent increased $50 after one year and I don't know what for. They haven't made any improvements to the community that warrants that type of increase. They have a lot of competition in the area and need to step it up.
Quiet and peaceful, friendly.
The apartments are new and my wife and I love the countertops and appliances. The apartments stay nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The windows are new and provide great insulation. Maintenance is timely when needed and we also love the privacy locks on the doors. However, the noise from the neighbors is a big problem, we can hear their dog barking and them yelling at the TV on a daily basis. We also noticed that people are becoming more and more incompetent on picking up their dog's poop. Also the walkways rarely ever get cleaned, the fans are covered in dust, and trash and debris has been sitting there for months.
We have lived at post parkside at wade for 3.5 years now. I love the community, the location, and the ammenities but for the most part- the neighbors are horrible. Most aren?t friendly, and most are clearly college students that have no cares in the world. Another issue I?ve had is with dogs- both off leash and owners not picking up after their dogs. Other than those minor issues, i love the complex.
You will get stuck paying thousands more than planned for through their sneaky tactics. Would never wish this place upon anyone.
Post Parkside at Wade is a huge complex but it has two pools, two gyms, two dog parks, two veggie gardens, two everything. The leasing office staff is extremely nice. They are really nice women. We also like the ladies who plan all the events. They do breakfasts, happy hours, and all sorts of fun holiday events. There are a ton of dogs in the community. So they even do dog events and keep treats in the leasing office.

Thank you for your outstanding feedback about Post Parkside at Wade. Our staff will be happy to hear your praise for their efforts to build a true community among our residents - and their pets! So glad, too, that you enjoy our many great amenities.
I've had my lease since March (currently September). I've had AC issues since the inception of my lease. Management does not care- they've had maintenance come to fix it but no remedy what-so-ever. I had fight with them over a $50 rent adjustment when my utilities bill came in almost double my average bills due to the AC issues and portable unit they gave me (that they didn't properly install and made the temperatures in my apartment spike even further). The property managers only solution was to let me break my lease early with out penalty. How generous right? I don't want to apartment search/move ect. I just want an apartment that's not 80 degrees 24/7. I'm so regretful I signed a lease here.

At Post Parkside at Wade, we take your feedback seriously. Our team works hard to provide consistent, quality services for our residents and we are disappointed to hear that your repair was less than satisfactory. Please visit the leasing office or call us at 866-620-1130, so we can apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you or your family and schedule a new repair.
The apartments are very pretty and in a great location but that's it. There is no concrete subfloor regardless of what they tell you. You can hear EVERYTHING...neighbors' conversations, phones vibrating, etc. Luckily it's a relatively quiet community
