Landlords haven't fixed ac yet. But sent a email saying the ac is still going and that my utilities are going to be higher.... the ac is broke.

Been here 3 months and have had atleast 12 maintenance request. There’s a roach problem. Plumbing. And hvac problems TWENTY FOUR SEVEN. Always a new problem every week the list goes on. Was paying $30 for valet trash but noticed we they never were even picking up our trash a month into living here and we was paying for it

Lived in these apartments for about 9 months. Had too many issues with upstairs neighboring disturbing my quiet enjoyment and retaliating for my complaints. Management requires you to complain through their security and security would never answer the phone or was never available because he was always working a 3rd job. Management never took care tenants not picking up after their dogs so building was littered with dog poop.Maintenance would take weeks to months to fix issues and took two weeks to fix my air conditioner. There are better apartments out there!

safe. professional staff. clean. efficient maintenance crew. convenient location. good schools. rent is becoming unaffordable. will probably move because of this.
I love the location, the staff are friendly and very helpful and quick to fix anything that is broke or not working and they never leave a mess. It is peaceful and quiet and we can always go say hello to the staff and just visit and pop in for quick questions that they are so happy to help with in an instant.
Decently quiet & prompt service. Lots of dog poop issues otherwise property is kept up nicely.

Mostly good. Nobody picks up after their pets, maintenance can, sometimes, be slow, and I'm not seeing the parking permits enforced. Otherwise, not bad.

Like living here. I do not like all the noise from neighbors and other building mates animals. Also not fond of the new registration for visitors parking here.

I love living here at the Colonial Grand at Wells Branch. Its close to all the major roadways, work, shopping, and grocery stores. The apartment is newer than some of the other complexes on the same street and spacious. For being so close to I35, it is very quiet. I've had very good neighbors too. The leasing process couldn't be any easier: I had a bad experience with another company before signing lease here. The management team in the office is friendly and helpful. This is a nice, smaller complex to call home.
Current resident for about a year and a half. Apartments are built well and maintenance is great! The problem is with the Management. We have have complained numerous times about having our neighbor throw food at our car while a separate neighbor watched! Complained that our apartment smells of weed because of the same neighbor. They said they cant do anything because they cant prove anything!! What more proof do you need?! Also their newest thing is to do patio inspections for non-permitted items! We currently feed our dogs on the patio due to there not being any other non-carpeted area to do so inside. We have now been told we must remove it or be fined. Really? You will give fines for that but not destruction or property and illegal actions. On top of all that they have decided to increase our rent by about $300 a month. So much for wanting to keep your current residents.

Friendly and responsive apartment management staff; Conveniently located North of the Central Austin/Downtown Proper... just out of a stone's throw from the Downtown amenities and night life; Very reasonable and affordable pricing and sq ft footprint
i absolutely love my apartment! I've lived in nothing but Colonial Grand properties since I've lived in Austin! This particular property is my 4th property and I love how spacious the apartments are and how home-like they feel. The staff is great and I've never had an issue they couldn't slove. The leasing manager Rachel is amazing and really builds a connection with her tennents. All and all I'm so glad that when I moved back to Austin I was able to move into a safe, gated, and spacious apartment!!!!

From the island kitchen, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and bundle for water, cable and valet trash, this can't be beat. The layout is magnificent and the lighting is spectacular. Although it's an apartment, it feels like a house that I had built just for me. The staff is exceptional and very attentive, I even received a personal welcome letter. In one ward insatiable!
