Leafy streets lined with historic homes lie mere blocks away from skyscrapers. In downtown Little Rock, urban energy and a strong community spirit merge effortlessly. Thanks to the Heifer International headquarters here, as well as the Clinton School of Public Service, the atmosphere focuses on building a brighter future.
While Little Rock's downtown region once had a strictly business atmosphere, the neighborhood has flourished into a blend of business and cozy residential life. With the unveiling of the prestigious Clinton Presidential Center in 2004, the downtown area became an international destination. Though this neighborhood may be a metropolitan hub, the streets still retain a distinctive, easy charm.

Property Ratings at EPH 36, LLC (MacArthur Commons Apartments)
Once you sign your lease, no one in management is willing to help you with anything. Overpriced apartments for barely any space and no help with anything. Avoid this place at all costs.
I love living at this building! It's located downtown only a few blocks away from the River Market, and everything is in walking distance. The interiors are modern and have good quality finishes. The front doors to the apartments are really thick, so the noise level is very low, which is important to me. My neighbors are really cool and respectful, so it feels like a nice big community. Moses Tucker is the management company, and their office is a couple blocks away, so they're always quick to respond about anything we need. I definitely recommend these apartments if you're looking to experience the downtown lifestyle.
The folks who work here are trying their best and are so very polite but they have been slow to organize in terms of this property. The downside is the construction is not quite there; corners were cut and even though the property is about a year old there are quite a few issues such as water damage, settling foundation causing issues with doors, grout destruction, online rent payment problems, windows with contractors handprints and paint problems and gates that won't lock or that slam. While these issues continue to appear, they do try to address them in a timely manner but as they continue to pop up, it can get frustrating.
