Overall I enjoy living here
This apartment complex is in one of the best neighborhoods in Sioux Falls. It's quiet, the people are friendly, and it has curb appeal. I gave it 4 stars, because the rent is decent, even on top of paying pet rent and garage rent. My only problem is that the laundry machines always break, or stink, and I have problems with people messing with the machines when they're running. It's a great starter apartment!
