The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at MacArthur Park
Mice, bugs, cold showers, nosey neighbors snooping in your mail, washer smells like mold, overflowing dumpsters, trash in alley behind building. Doesn't belong in the Palisades. I hate it so much that I'm fulfilling my lease but leaving early. Non-responsive management. Review of 4840 MacArthur Blvd NW
Washer has mold, cold showers for 1/2 a year, toilet doesn’t flush, garbage disposal doesn’t work, mice, bugs, nosey neighbor snooping in your mail, overflowing dumpster with trash all over alley behind building. I have never only lived at a place for 1 year but am getting out as soon as my lease is up.
