Leasing office don’t care about there tenants really don’t try to work with you! If you have nosy neighbors they ignore it and tell you to wait til after 10 pm they can’t help you during the day it’s roach & ant infestation been here for 2 years can’t wait to leave.

I DONT recommend this place, my lease is over in a month and I can’t wait to get out of here, ever since I moved in here there’s been 2 rats living in my walls (still in my walls) , the managers new about it and all they did was patch the wholes the rats made. Bathroom always gets clogged for no reason, always shutting off the water last minute, I can hear my upstarts neighbors walking and it sounds like they’re stomping as they walk, this place needs a lot of remodeling. just don’t waist your money here! Go somewhere else

Roaches
2 minutes ago I've been there a few times because my boyfriend lives there. There seems to be roaches everywhere even though he keeps it clean. Plus the walls are so thin you can always hear when people walk by. He's unhappy and so am I

Roaches
Roaches roaches roaches,plus there's no parking so you'll walk alot. The pipes are always busted so not only will you walk but you'll walk in puddles and through the mud. Just terrible

This place is not even safe to live, you just need to drive around to notice how many issues they have ceilings are felling down, management people don’t worry about you at all and they are very rude

DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE
The apartment have a lot maintenance problems. Some buildings have severe damage move the walls, roof, floating, insects. The community manager is the most rude person that I never Know. Don't have enough parking space. Your car should be towing because the condominium do not take responsibility about parking space. DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE YOUR WASTE YOUR MONEY

Worst apartments
Maintenance is never done. Water issues at least once a month. Hot water runs out all the time. Ceiling leaks when it rains, and they only fix the roof not the holes in the apartment. Roaches and rats. Rude staff.

Terrible place
Maintenance requests are not performed in a timely manner. Parking is non-existent, eapecially after 6 or 7 pm. packages go missing and may or may not show up a month or two later. Management is very disorganized, uneducated, and rude. The only ones that are nice are Daniela and Ana Maria (the latter of whom no longer works here). At the beginning of 2018 they changed payment policy to pass on all fees to tenants regardless of what the rental contract said. In order to get tenants to comply, they use coercive tactics such as sending notices to vacate and threatening to evict. In my case, they filed for eviction by making a false statement to the court when I was following my rental contract which stated to pay rent at the management office on the very first page. These folks, including their customer care department, have no regard the rental contract if it does not line up with whatever policies they decide to implement. Needless to say that the judge threw their case out in less than 2 minutes. I didn't even have to talk in court. By far the worst folks I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. Better Business Bureau rating: F (0 points). Only positive aspect is cheap rent, but absolutely not worth it. Zero stars.

The worst apartments ever!
I am 50 years old and I have lived in many apartment complexes but this one is by far the worst. They are roach infested, cabinets falling off and missing knobs, walls and floors that creeky and thin, paint over dirt with nails coming out of the walls. They actually painted over the entire bath-tub, neighbors are rude, extremely noise and have ridiculously unruly children, stray dogs that bite, and I live upstairs and have a hispanic neighbor next door to me who liter the upstairs walkway with cigarette buts and other trash in which I have to walk through to get to my car. They also have two overweight children who run around stomping on the floor and banging on the walls every single evening which is disturbing all the surrounding neighbors. I've been living with this constant disturbance for over two years and i continuously complain to office management who does nothing. If you value your solitude, quiet and general comfort, this is absolutely not where you want to live.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I had called to see if an appointment was needed and was told no. The next day, we showed up to view an apartment. We walked in and was not greeted by the two in the office. I went up to one and asked for more information. She said she only had one apartment available. I then questioned her to see how often the listings update. She responded and said "every two hours." I then asked about a specific floor plan to which they did have available. Hmmm. I had asked to see the model. Regardless of the response, the staff is unprofessional and does not seem to care. l do not recommend doing business with this property.

Rats, bedbugs, rude managers
Don't live here,the managers here don't care, if you request for maintenance they never come, and they won't do anything about the rats, I had to get rid of them myself, there's roaches and rats running around outside at night, which is gross.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE!!! maintenance requests are not followed up with. The apartments come with pets: rats and bedbugs. We had a roof leak for over a year, leaking into stove! They haven't fixed it. They make up excuse after excuse.

Does not even deserve 1 star
Worst apartments to live. You'll never have constant hot water cause it goes on and off. They will bring up fees from out of no where and there's no parking. Not to mention, water bill will always come $100 no matter how many people live in the apartment unit. Don't move here!

never even saw an apartment
I called to ask about these apartments, the call was received at call center where the agent was nice, polite, professional and helpful. He said there was a model and I made an appointment for the following Saturday at noon. After driving 45 minutes, my husband and I arrived at 11:55. There was a sign on the door saying closed but they'd be back at noon. We waited...at 12:30 a stuck up, unfriendly woman showed up. My husband said he was glad she was there, we'd been waiting for our noon appointment since before noon. Without even looking at either of us she said "I have nothing to show and nothing available". We followed her in and I said we'd made the appointment a few days prior and they told me there was a model we could see. She said, again with her back to us, she had nothing to show and the next available unit was more than a month out. We might have gotten on that list but if that's the kind of employees they have I can only imagine what it would be like if we had a problem with our unit or needed them for something. We left without bothering to fill out an application which was probably a good thing since all the woman did was shrug and was obviously not interested in taking our application or doing any work at all. Since then I looked up their ratings here and find they don't even do pest control. This is not a small complex, most decent complexes do pest control on the outside of the buildings so residents can do it inside their units and have it work. I've looked at a good handful of apartments in the Dallas area but I've never dealt with such an unprofessional and uninterested agent before. The call center was great but those people are doing a whole lot of good work for nothing.

Bad experiences
We went to check out this apartment complex. They were really nice on the phone and told us they had an apartment available during our time frame. When we got there in person, they said they no longer had that apartment available, but another one that was almost twice as expensive. She was not nice about it, either. There were roaches in the apartment we walked through. I felt swindled and disgusted by the time we left.

Bad
Infested with bed bugs and roaches. The floor looks really unstable. The apartments are very big , but too many bugs and no one can live with that.
