Property Ratings at Madeira Apartments
I put in a work order request on a Saturday morning. Apparently no one works in the leasing office on Saturday and apparently work orders are not handled on weekends except for emergencies. I was unaware of this as no one contacted me. A simple phone call would have been courteous. Communication between the leasing office and the tenants is somewhat lacking.
I have lived here it’ll be five years in June and I love my little apartment/sanctuary. I love that there is a security code to get into the building. The neighbors are friendly. There’s no assigned parking and you can find a parking space. When Maintenance get a request they are usually on it within a day or two at the latest. The office manager is easily accessible and I love that about him. I do recommend Madeira Apartments.
