Beloved for its proximity to both the Jersey Shore and New York City, the central region of Middlesex County sits about 40 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan. Nearby New Brunswick, home to Rutgers University, provides access to a rich, local arts and culture hub. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a quiet, suburban setting not far removed from nearby entertainment and amenities. Mid- and low-rise apartment communities in the northern section of the neighborhood give way to more single-family homes fit for a variety of renters. Interstate 95 and a host of other thoroughfares make commuting around the area a breeze.

Property Ratings at Madison Arms
Don't rent here one apartment got bedbugs the complex tried to hide it and 3 other apartment got infested..also I've had mold growing for two months and they refuse to fix it
I went to Madison arms yesterday to inquire about an appointment, Christine was quick to greet me and ask me what I was looking for. Unlike most apartment complexes I was treated very nicely and fairly. She didn’t care if I made 60k a year like most places, she wanted to know what I would like to see and explained all the specials going on. We immediately went over to the unit and she showed us around. We all had plenty of laughs and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was well kept (even though they were actually in the middle of cleaning it up it still looks pretty good to me) a lot of nice features that most apartments don’t give you. The price was a little over my budget(well worth it’s price in my opinion) I would definitely look into moving here in the future because the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Plus the staff is super nice too!

Hello, Thank you for leaving such great feedback. We look forward to welcoming you home someday soon! K&S
Hi, My name is John I recently was looking for affordable new place of residence when I came across Madison Arms. The apartment that they showed us was terrible they said they are in the process renovating. As we left I over heard a two tenant complaining of repairs that have not being performed for a the pass 3 weeks one of the tenant was a woman she was saying that after they changed management the living conditions had worsen. That repairs seemed to be ignored for even months. Conclusion if its your last option go ahead if you have more options skip it. We have seen other locations managed by the same company and they are better maintained and well kept. MADISON ARMS SHOULD BE IN THE LIST OF LOW INCOME APARTMENTS IN MY OPINION. Do your own research folks.
