Settled in the 1840s, Georgetown has a distinctive Victorian charm from its town square to its historic homes.
And while the brilliant red poppies make the landscape, well, pop, Georgetown isn’t just pretty. Residents enjoy amazing destinations like Blue Hole Park, home to a swimming lagoon surrounded by limestone bluffs. When they want a little culture, they head to Georgetown Arts Center, located in a historic firehouse. Shopping and dining takes on a whole new charm when enjoying both in the historic town square.

Very unprofessional and I would suggest new management. Been living here at apartment complex for almost a year. First week moving in apartment we had issue with air conditioning. Management had there maintenance guy TRY to address the issue after my brother said the compressor was not big enough to handle the square foot of space of the apartment. so far was not a problem after the first attempt to repair. But after the last few weeks, recently, the ac stopped working withint 48 hours of the time im posting this review. When we went to the office to address the lack of emergency to address this issue we were left with very poor negative response. Management treated us like a child and told us to get a lawyer when in the lease agreement this has to be addressed within a timely manner and its past that point.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our residents, and we do apologize for any inconvenience. We take every reported issue to our leasing office with great care. We understand our maintenance team was able to respond to the after-hours call on Saturday and make necessary repairs to the A/C. Unfortunately, our team was made aware the A/C was not working again on Tuesday where our team ensured to take the necessary steps to plan for a replacement for Wednesday morning. Our team was able to provide a temporary portable unit while delivery and repairs were made. Our team is here to help, and we are confident we can improve your experience moving forward. The apartments in general are nice, your hot water will go out in about 15mins. The parking is HORRIBLE. Don't leave after 6 because you will not have a spot. The property manager is a nice lady but really has no power since they are under RPM. I would recommend to look for some where else but if you needed to, they are "liveable".

This complex has gone down hill and the property manager is absolutely trashy and does nothing about the complaints. The kids here destroy the pool,gym and break in to vehicles. The property manager needs to learn people skills.

No parking, ever. Management is extremely rude. Maintenance is slow. Security is a problem -- there are no gates and no security of any kind. You're trying to charge me more than $2,000 even though I moved out in June, with given notice, because I lost my job and couldn't afford to live there anymore. I paid through the last day I stayed and left the place spotless. I'm not going to be paying anything you charged me. Heartless, manipulative and predatory leasing.
These apartments gave me a second chance at living on my own. Spacious apartments, granite countertops, nice big island, big balconies. Office staff is polite and responsive. Lauren has been a big help and very nice. Made some nice friends/neighbors. Have no complaints at all. Very nice place to live! - Kaleigh D.
I did not have a good experience at this apartment complex at all. The worst part that I had was the management and the other workers that worked in the front office. They would not respond to calls back or emails in a timely fashion. I was completely overcharged when I had to break my lease due to a military move. After 7 months of going back and forth with them, Anatole and their corporate office I was finally able to get an agreed upon amount back. It was the most unprofessional issue I have even had to deal with leaving all over the country while on active duty. The second biggest issue I had was parking. There was never any parking close by my building. I had to park on the complete other side of the complex. It was a nightmare every day. I wouldn’t have resigned a lease simply because of that.
While the initial look of these places are nice, it's all a guise. Very cheaply made materials are used in the construction of the units all the way down to the false wood floors which look horrible as the pop up constantly. The paint doesn't match, the floorplans are odd, and these by far are the thinnest walls I have ever experienced in an apartment. You can hear the pipes in the walls from other neighbors bathrooms and it's very loud. Be prepared to also hear everything everyone is saying in your neighboring units next to, below you and above you if it's anything more than a whisper. There are very odd people that live here. Petty neighbors and lots of commotion/arguments. If you're trying to live quietly in a community, or are trying to live in a fun community, this is neither. Not really sure of the identity here. Rent isn't cheap despite being far from Austin and not truly a part of Round Rock. Being technically in Georgetown is a damper in itself. Save yourself the money and time. Stay away from the edge of town weirdness and look elsewhere.
Perched on a hill between Round Rock and Georgetown, Anatole at Westinghouse not only has views of sparking lights at night, but the interior finishes are pretty spectacular too. Beautiful granite is in both the kitchen and bathroom, and the cabinetry and appliances are top notch. The floor plans are interesting and well-thought out and feature plenty of space and great natural light. Carports and garages are available to shield your vehicle from the sun, and the pool area features a gorgeous covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace. The gym is well-equipped and super clean. The entire property is very well-maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
